02/24/25- The customer service just keeps getting worse. The lady on the drive through window is despicable tonight. She is not capable of doing her job. Long waits with no line met with a rude encounter when she finally comes to the window like I'm ruining her life making her do her job.
Terrible customer service. They handed me a leaking, soggy bag with the bottom ready to fall out. The manager refused to rebag the order. The food was super sloppy. It was extremely difficult to communicate with both the worker and the manager because I do not speak Spanish. Everything I said they would reply with, I don't understand and make a face. Then, as they handed us the ripped up bag again, they (manager and worker) proceeded to talk poorly about us in a mix of Spanish and English, and the English words were derogatory. Overall, it was just an awful experience at this McDonald's.

This is the most incompetent McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life. I’ve had more than one DoorDash order here and every time you go in they tell you someone took it, they refuse to remake it or help out. Both managers that help run the restaurant are gross and unclean. We’ve seen them pee outside the building where people eat, they don’t use gloves and are very disrespectful and rude. You can’t ask the workers a single question they don’t know anything about their own store.

I visit this McDonald's for breakfast often. I use the mobile app now for every order. The drive-thru is normally quick and I get on my way without delay. This location gets the orders right and I appreciate it. Would recommend this McDonald's location in the Sarasota area without hesitation.

I was made to wait for an online order when others who came in and ordered got the food ahead of me. When I said something about it, I was told to be patient. I waited over 15 minutes for an online order. Can you not hire some english speaking counter help. You need counter help badly.

The people at the head, misnamed manager, are very rude, and treat people badly. I know McDonalds doesn't care about that. But I think they should do face-to-face quality management in customer service.
Complete garbage! If I could give it negative stars I would. First get someone who speaks English. Second the sodas taste like pure syrup. Where is the maintenance people? Third the kid at the counter was rude and standoffish. Fourth they want to charge 12 dollars for 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits all because it comes on a bisquit instead of a stupid McMuffin. Which they have them 2 for 5 bucks? How is it possible for somewhere to have such a price differential for something so similar. And fourth the place is a pigsty and there are homeless people standing right in front of the store begging for money and one even in the corner asleep. Where are these people even paying attention to... Whick brings me to number 5. It took them 10 minutes to get my food to me. And then my food was cold! There's only 3 people in the store which means they are just concentrating on the drive thru. This is the worst customer service ever! Plain pitiful McDonald's. This is what America is supposed to be against. What a waste of time. I'm leaving hungry because of this! . I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

I ordered 1 meal I guess my burger being warm was a plus because who expects the fries to be fresh or warm for that matter....u had 1 job ...1 meal ...a zero for me an going to a new location from now on. Thanks Ronald.
