Yesterday I was at the store with my family. We bought two Happy Meals with Zootopia 2 toys. When the order arrived at our table, it contained different toys than the ones we ordered. I asked to exchange them, and the saleswoman told me they didn't have them, but that I should come back the next day, that the toys would arrive at the store, and they would exchange them for me. I returned to the store today around 6 pm, and the manager said he wouldn't exchange them. I explained the situation, but he wouldn't exchange them. I don't think that's right, because the day before I bought the Happy Meal with the Zootopia toys, and they didn't arrive. If they didn't have them, they shouldn't have sold them as if they did. And I found it even more wrong that the manager didn't exchange the toys. If they don't have the product, they shouldn't sell the product. The manager was extremely inflexible, even though the mistake was the store's for selling a non-existent product.

Place sucks. Every mobile order I make, I wait an additional 30 minutes before getting it because I know they’re slow, and every time I arrive, they haven’t even acknowledged that I placed a mobile order.

I just want to say that the staff at the drive-thru windows are very nice and personable.
But, I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in probably 2 months and this morning I finally caved. Well, I got handed cold breakfast burritos… not how I wanted to start my Friday

October 2025 update - I don’t know what has happened to this place, soggy fries, burgers that are tough and chewy, no diet drinks, attitude. Missing food from the drive through - get home food missing, I have to go without so kids can eat, I call restaurant, leave message no one gets back to me. I was so pissed I even emailed corporate. New management? I won’t go to this McDonald’s again.
Hands down the best McDonalds in Sarasota! The food is always hot and fresh, restaurant is always clean and welcoming!

Not sure but where we were seated eating a manager was getting her hair done by another employee, not very nice
Everything is pretty much automated and I understand trying to balance cost and inflation but it leaves a gap with customer and service I recently went for breakfast with my parents my stepmom likes a couple of ice cubes dropped in her hot coffee I stood at the counter for over 5 min and just gave up all employees were in the back working and this is where the gap comes into play with automation and customer service. If you need service you have to stand at the counter and wait for an order to come out to be able to get service from an employee.

Wife got a Bigmac with barely any mac sauce, asked for a little more and they wanted to charge 25 cents for a little big mac sauce. Left burger and walked out. Not worth the money.
