Hands down the best McDonalds in Sarasota! Food is always hot, fresh and tasty.
Great atmosphere in the restaurant and staff seem happy.
Table numbers need cleaning and tables need to be wiped over more often. Still love it though.

Waited more than 10 minutes for dr8ve thru "fast" food. The food was not edible. Hash brown is so over cooked it's more like weird potato crisp. We can't go back and spend more time waiting for bad food so e are just cutting our losses and moving on.

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in all of west central FL. The staff, (What little there is of it) walks around like it's their first day on the job. If you are in a hurry, you may want to pick a different restaurant.

Cannot speak to the negative reviews, respectfully, but this location is doing the best with what they have.
While I can understand the negative customer reviews, there have been numerous times I witnessed the Managers and Employees doing their best to accommodate and dealing with the most disrespectful customers ever.
My only wish is that McDonald's (in general) had Coke-Zero, but obviously that's a Corporate decision.

Mcdonald store # 19080…The new management here is very rude and made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable. We came in and sat down and I went to the restroom. When I came back we proceeded to order on the App and was asked twice if we were ok and told her that we were figuring out our order on the app. She replied with “ok because my manager was asking about you”. I didnt engage and ask what because i was so upset and thrown back by the encounter. Afterwards my wife said that while I was using the restroom the manager walked back and went in the bathroom as if checking on me. We frequent this establishment everyday on our way to work and have our coffee and talk about our plans and day. We will be going somewhere else. Very very rude

Fries were limp and oily not even cooked through, a large was more like a medium not that it mattered they were gross! Smallest fish sandwich I've ever seen and no extra tarter like I asked and paid for! Only thing good in my meal was my diet coke and I had to ask for them to add ice as there was only 5/6 cubes in it! Don't do fast food very often so was very disappointed in what was a gross expensive meal! Will Never visit this McDonald's or any McDonald's ever again!
Food great everything great ! Some girl around my age or looked to be so was so kind asking if I got everything I have if you ever get trinity she is the nicest there iv come here multiple times nobody has a smile like hers she’s so kind !!! I say this in a non creepy way

Went through the drive-through and was asked to park and wait for food. After 15 minutes of waiting a worker came out and asked what I had ordered and went back in. At 20 minutes I went inside and asked where my order was. A different worker told me my food had been stolen by another customer. Don’t they check the order numbers here? Just giving away food, I guess! I asked about the previous worker and she said she never came back to tell about my order. In my entire life I’ve never visited a McDonald’s with such incompetent workers and horrible service. I fear for the future of the world with these sad examples of young peoples’ work ethics. The manager of this franchise should be ashamed.

I usually go here in the morning and today. It was horrible the lady was mad because I couldn't hear her and told me that I was on the other wine. And when you pulled up, she looked aggravated didn't want to bother. This is the third time I've been there. And i've got the order wrong and there's no apple pies. I There. Is one lady that works to drive to That? I really like she's very nice. But other than that, this place is horrible. It seems like they do not care

This McDonald’s is almost as bad as the Wendy’s on Clark Rd if anybody has been there knows how bad that place is. I don’t understand how it’s that hard to handle labeled the bag of food to the right person. Thanks for ruining my breakfast and my day once again.
