If I could give 0 stars I would. Food is the usual McDonald’s. I’d just like to describe an experience I just had here.
Placed a breakfast mobile order. Gave them my code, and pulled up and was handed half of what I ordered. I kindly just said “Hey I’m just missing my egg McMuffin and my hashbrown”, and this woman comes up from behind the person at the drive thru accusing me of lying, saying that “I SAW THERE WASNT ONE IT HAD A LINE THROUGH IT”. She’s literally YELLING at me about lying about ordering an egg McMuffin? Are you kidding me? I’m just so confused right now, so I literally pulled up my receipt and showed her, and she STILL continues to yell “LEMME SEE! LEMME SEE IT” and “YOU DIDNT ORDER THAT” (and she was also now clapping as she is saying this) as I’m literally showing her my receipt though a drive thru window. I’ve never once been treated this poorly by an employee ever. She is literally arguing with me, telling me I didn’t order that as I’m literally showing her that I did. Then, another woman intervened and just told me to pull forward. I never even got the hash brown I payed for, just the Mcmuffin. I’m literally so confused, i just ordered a mobile order as I’ve done 100 times, you can literslly see the receipt and you are still arguing with me telling me I didn’t order something that I did.
I never write reviews, especially negative ones, but I’ve also never been yelled at by some psycho teenager telling me what I did or didn’t do. I just wanted a McMuffin and a hashbrown man.

Whoever was working at 7:30 PM February 6 in the windows both of them truly need to be trained on customer service. I had a semi large order and tried to order slowly so they got everything so I paused for confirmation. Never got a OK or heard that from the guy so after our first couple items of waiting about 45 seconds to order my next item I started to spill off of what I need asked him if he got the McChicken sandwich on there two times said OK went to pay for it was not on the receipt. Told him to put it on there did not even look my way. Just took my payment pull up to the next window. Tell the guy that there is supposed to be another McChicken sandwich on there. He says OK OK tells me to pull up to number two parking lot. meanwhile, I'm so ticked off, trying to get an answer whether they got my McChicken sandwich on there and not getting a response from either one of them. I then realize he did not ask me if I needed any sauce for the Nuggets so now I have no sauce for my nuggets and was so ticked off. I forgot to ask.A sweet girl comes out to deliver. The food and half My items were not even in the bag Including the McChicken sandwich that I have asked now four times to two people for confirmation Please train these two on better interaction with people be less headache for all

I order mcvalue double cheeseburger 2 with drink and fries and nuggets, also i ordered 2 chicken sandwich .i came home no cheeseburgers only 2 small size chicken sandwich with drink and fries. So second day i told them the mistake, i have accent she told me she cannot understand me sorry . I left there i ordered from steak and shake they dont have problem with my accent .

They accepted my breakfast order even though the drive thru menu switched to lunch while I was waiting in line. I thought we might get cold food, but once I paid they asked me to pull forward. After only a few minutes, a very polite young man "presented" me with super fresh sausage egg biscuits & hot hash browns! I appreciate their kindness & the fact they serve breakfast till 11:00 a.m. (In this case, a few minutes after.) 😉 Thanks again!!

Don't plan on ordering ice cream or a milkshake past 8 PM because they continually say their machine is not working and they are waiting on a part. They have been waiting on this for well over a year. They continually state they are going to close this McDonald's, which perhaps they should actually do since they are always missing something on the menu. The management can be very argumentative here as well. I like McDonald's, but I'll always try to choose a different one.

Ordered delivery. Quarter pounder with cheese came without a bottom bun and the cheese melted to the container. Completely inedible. $45 worth of garbage! Will not order from here again!
Foods good but it's slow. Not enough staff to accommodate the amount of customers this location gets, which makes us wait over 20 minutes for a coffee 😡, poor guy can left him cuz they took so long, only 2 customers at counter & still took forever, drive thru got 99% of the attention leaving counter customers to wait unforgivable amount of time. It sure isn't fast food anymore!! No kiosk here, which is great but don't ignore the inside customers for 10-20 mins B4 y'all decide to take their orders. Unexceptionable. Few mins but not 20. It's hit or miss here. Some days ur in & out but most you're waiting for staff to "notice" you, if you say anything, your the rude one, they give you, I'm sorry I was busy doing something, how can I help you.... with attitude.
Parking: Accessible but they can't get into the restrooms. You have a handicap stall and it's absolutely no way that a wheelchair can get through the door and around the corner to get to your damn handicap stall You need to have a walk-in entrance straight in or wider bed common sense update your Mickey D's
