I would never come back here again. This was the worst drive through experience I ever have ever had. He was extremely rude. We left the line because they were so rude, we didn't trust they would properly prepare our food. Genuinely the worst drive through encounter in Sarasota. Horrible.

Food was great as usual. Service was good, but avoid the Women's bathroom...not a clean place. Monopoly is back, but you only get a game piece if you buy certain food items.

Worst McDonald’s in town. I was standing at counter and three employees kept looking at me saying nothing and occupying themselves with other task. And even the manager was not saying a word and looked at glancing back and forth. I was standing there for almost 3 minutes with no one taking my order or even saying I apologize about wait I will be with you in a second. Terrible Management. Terrible team.

The employees overnight are rude..the place always have excuse to no service you..they say they are 24 hours but you can't buy anything because the system is always debuting. The manager overnight have bad customer service skills..they need training or contract new employees.
