Got the whole order wrong order the buffalo chicken bacon sandwich meal and the Big Mac meal for curbside and they took over 20 minutes and still got it wrong after I had to go in and scream at them

If I could give 0, I would definitely do it. 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order ( me and my 2 kids ). There are at least 8 employees that just stare at u and never come to even say hi or ask you for a few minutes. I dont know who manages this place, but you really need to step up your game, this place is horrible.

We tried to order here at 12:45am but the order intercom never answered so we drove to the first window to see employees inside but they were fully ignoring us so we drove to the second window and one employee that was mopping just stared at us rudely like we were inconveniencing her and she waved her hands they aren’t taking any orders which I only find odd if it’s supposed to be a 24/7 drive thru and they are supposed to be getting paid to serve customers it would’ve just been nice if they answered at the intercom and said they can’t take orders at this time instead of us just wasting our time and being treated rudely

Fries cold & soggy. Chicken mcnuggets hard & stale. Bread hard. Burgers like they were cooked hours ago. Worst McDonald's ever. Hope nobody else has to pay money for this. Nothing but the drink made fresh. Nothing against McDonald's as a whole but this particular one I would certainly avoid.

Depending on the manager they may charge you for sauces and water even when you order a meal. I went the other night and I guess he is a new manager but he put my large drink for my meal on a happy meal and put my chocolate milk on a regular meal. So I was charged 2 dollars more. Then tried to argue with me about what he did. I don't know how he even did that.
Makes me sick every time we eat here, I won't go back to this one

Lady had a bad attitude. We asked for mayonnaise for our sandwiches and she handed us mustard. My friend drove out without looking in his hand so we had to drive back through the drive through. I then checked our bag, to make sure everything else was correct and of course there was no napkins. Then we went to the window and had to ask her for those items again.
