Do not come to this McDonald’s if you are in a hurry! I’m always asked to park and wait up to fifteen minutes for my food. Also the satanist guy at the cashier window is very offputting to see he’s always wearing a pentagram and I feel like that just isn’t very flattering for a business to have someone wearing a pagan or satanic necklace handling my credit card or cash I’m very upset as this morning I stopped in to grab something really quick went through the drive-through and was told to pull into number four and waited six minutes for them to bring out one sandwich last time I came through they forgot a drink and told me because they had forgotten a drink. I had to pull into a parking spot and I again waited almost 10 minutes for them to bring out one item-unfortunately there’s not many food choices on the end of Fruitville.

Manager came out and disrespected me as I was supervising my kid going down the slide in the play land. Manager didn’t seem to care about the other kids without socks on being boisterous and running dangerously around the area they were too old to be in. My kid needs supervision, can’t go up the stairs without me to get to the slide. What a joke.

I ordered curbside and waited 15 minutes, they didn't bring it, I had to go inside to get my order which was already ready with cold and soft fries and all the rest of the food cold. Therefore I do not recommend it.

If you’re looking for a location where they consistently get your order wrong, when you call to report it they don’t answer, you never get your order at the window & have to park, and you’re worked in between employee’s texts in the drive thru then visit this franchise…
What is up with these employees at this location not filling the coffee cups up now??.. This is an everyday thing too.. it's not just mine, I have witnessed others asking them to please fill their cups too.. are times that hard manager??

Ridiculous that I order from the app so I don’t have to wait when I get there they give me and make me park. If I wanted to park I would have just done curbside pick up. It’s ridiculous you guys are lazy because you don’t want your drive thru times high… the order should have already been ready!

I chose 4 stars for service and food as there was a communication issue with the server who gave me my food. I asked for salt and ketchup (This becomes a big deal when orders are consistently incorrect at any of the McDonald's you use). She gave me kethcup and sweet and sour sauce. I had no idea McDonald's even had that. The other issue..., those confounded lukewarm french fries, which I detest. Ordered from app. while sitting in the parking lot. Pulled into drive thru lane and picked food as soon as I got the confirmation number.
