They have since upgraded and I love it. The service was wonderful n fast and the people are courteous. From the drive through order taker to the second window where I met MARK cool dude good looking out Mark. The whole crew keep up the good job

I recently used the drive-thru at my local McDonald's, and I had a great experience overall. I gave them 5 stars for their service. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, they greeted me with a warm smile (even though I couldn't see it!). They took my order quickly, and I felt like they really cared about getting it right. I appreciated how they made sure to repeat my order back to me to confirm everything was correct.
As for the food, I rated it 4 stars. The Big Mac I ordered was tasty, just like I expected. The fries were hot and crispy, and they had that perfect salty flavor. However, I felt that the burger could have been a bit fresher, as it wasn't as warm as I would have liked. Even so, it still hit the spot and satisfied my craving for McDonald's.
For the atmosphere, I gave it a 4 stars as well, even though I didn't dine in. The drive-thru area was clean, and it felt safe to be there. While I couldn't really enjoy the inside decor, I could tell that the restaurant was well-maintained and organized. I liked that everything was efficient in the drive-thru lane, making it easy for cars to move quickly without long waits.
In short, my experience at McDonald's drive-thru was a pleasant one. The fantastic service made my visit memorable, and the food was just what I wanted, even if it wasn't perfect. I do plan to return for a quick meal in the future, especially for those delicious fries!

This is already the second McDonald's that you walk into where the workers don't even bother to acknowledge you see you from the corner of their eyes but don't bother to acknowledge you and just point at the kiosk says you can order over there. Too busy in their conversations or on their phones to even acknowledge anybody. They should just make it fully automated and fire all the workers if that's the case or get rid of the machines or Here's a thought maybe properly train these people that just because they have automated machines around doesn't mean they can stand around talk and not acknowledge customers. At the very least take somebody's order
