I don’t like to leave reviews but for the totally incompetent people at this place…it’s just a mess of wrong orders, ridiculous wait times, and they just mess up your whole day basically. Keep it up. You’re so great there. Maybe better than Clark road but just as bad.

AVOID!!! Still one of the worse McDonalds on the planet. I'm amazed if they get my order right, just screwed up another one. Do not understand prepay mobile orders and will try to charge you twice. No help from headquarters with problems. Ripped me off and didn't care.

I got a coffee and egg McMuffin. I asked for 8 cream on the side. Coffee was so hot I couldn’t hold the cup long. I asked for a sleeve and the guy smiled and shook his head. I show him the cup and say hot and ask for a sleeve again. He smiles as if he knows what I’m saying and comes back with a tray. I asked for someone who speaks English. The guy says there are no sleeves and gives me an empty cup. Ok that will do. Now I need 5 additional cream because you only gave me 3. Guy comes back with 4. Bottom line is McDonald’s is hiring people who cannot speak or understand English. Unacceptable for me and after a few other bad experiences I’m done with McDonald’s. 50 years and I’m done. Shame on you McDonalds.
