If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich and they first didn’t want to give us anything but our drink in the drive through than when they did it was a regular sandwich. So I go in they take my receipt and the regular sandwich and argue with me about it and been waiting 20 minutes for my spicy deluxe sandwich and they aren’t giving me my food. I had to make a scene again

I went through the drive thru for a coffee and the lady on the mic did not seem nice. I get to the window and it was an older lady with thin white hair and she had a terrible attitude with me when i was trying to get my money ready. Handing my cash back rude as well.

Kicked me and my friend out for no reason. Overheard the workers talking about how we were pissing them off by ordering a lot of food. When we got our food our order was messed up like crazy and they poured ketchup and mustard all over the burger buns and didn’t wrap the burgers all the way and the fries were all over the bag. The workers watched us while we sat down to eat and started laughing and talking loud in spanish while staring at us. Do not come here please there’s a mcdonald’s close by that is way better than this bullshit joke place. 😂🤦♂️

First visit was late October 2025. I used the app to order and asked for table service. The order was done and delivered quickly to our table within 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot. We ordered breakfast. The place looked clean and well kept. There is a children's play area.

Manager was very rude and tried to push her personal views on me.she was catty and ignored me when I spoke.a lower employee had to fix the issue now she should wear that manager shirt.dont have to ever worry about my buisness.
You must order from a faceless kiosk, have to ask for refills and so on. This is such a personless experience and it's horrible. Bring back the McDonalds with interaction and smiles. I'm sick of this.

Absolutely garbage service from this establishment!!! Will never go here again. I had a door dash delivery tonight and while I was there I figured I would get some food as well…. No big deal right? That’s where I was wrong. I ordered my food and proceeded to window number 1, first red flag that I encountered was the girl was on the phone taking a personal call with the other lady on speaker. I hand her the money she proceeds to throw the receipt at me. Fine no big deal I’ve had worse. I collect myself and go onto window number 2. The tall skinny kid obviously doesn’t seem to have the best attitude with a headphone in his ear. I’m polite and patient I collect my food and then try to let him know that I also have a order as well for delivery… I didn’t even get a chance for the words to completely come out of my mouth before he shut the window in my face and walked away. Absolutely disgusting behavior! Never again will I ever come back.

I ordered 4pc chicken strips, and only stopped at this location because it’s so close to Crunch Fitness. Anyway, the chicken was dry as if under a warming lamp for far too long. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would’ve taken it back👎👎
