today, 3/17, the drive-through lady would not allow me to order an egg biscuit. She told me it was off the menu. said she could charge me for a regular biscuit and remove the meat and cheese. I just left. I checked the menu and it’s still there. What the heck? Better training needed and a little less attitude would be nice .

Never again. You had ONE job. I ordered a double quarter with cheese. How do you forget to add the cheese when the name of the sandwich includes the word cheese?

Always so slow and the food is soggy and cold. You would think sitting in the drive thru line or waiting inside for 30 plus minutes it’s because we are waiting for fresh hot food. They need new management or something. They have enough employees. No clue why they aren’t efficient.

Terrible service I orderedn12 items and they made me pay for sauce lol I just wanted one per item. The first words from my daughter is dad you know theycdont care about service cause they don't make alot of money.Terrible service again. Had to pull around to order fries for the second time cause the guy ignored my order and I sat at the window. Then I wait ten minutes for fries. Last time ever coming here. January 18 - 11:20 pm.
