On December 30th in the evening we got takeout. The chocolate milkshake was like syrup, the fish sandwich as dry as cardboard and the fries were near cold and rubbery. I know McDonald's isn't gourmet but this was so far off the mark I had to comment. Worst McDonald's meal ever!

Unbelievable customer service tonight all around service from the cleanliness to the person behind the counter to the young manager and a gray sweatshirt. I am not used to good customer service at McDonald's most locations really do not care about saying hello or being polite to the guest. The young lady who waited on me super nice and the manager and the gray sweatshirt unbelievable customer service! He went out of his way to get refills back sauces and handle the drive-thru and his staff very impressive! I will go out of my way to come to this McDonald'.. thanks for making money evening in so many other people's around me a great experience.. And may I add the little touches around the restaurant with the photo op and other things made it feel welcoming.. the young lady and the manager and the staff should be very proud of themselves.

Ordered 2cones and they were super small. The girl is obviously new and doesn't know how to do it. Talked to the manager. And she redid it and purposely made the swirls super thin. I mean seriously. What a jerk!!! What kind of experience is provided here!!!! This is at 2:30pm on 12/20/2024.

This location has gone so down hill. I’ve received 3 undercooked chicken sandwiches from here and now I tried to order a burger instead and they still couldn’t get the modifications right. Extra modifications to drinks are never added. I use to come almost every day and now I can’t order anything here.
