Stopped in Sunday around 11:15Am. The food especially the fries are already lukewarm. At this time especially, and with spending money at your establishment that food I pay for is HOT, FRESH!! I had to ask for extra sauce because the sandwich was so dry. Way overpriced! The tables inside are dirty. The young man in the dining area walked around wiping tables randomly with just a rag. No sanitizer spray or solution. There was no urgency in cleaning up. Or taking trays. Although he was respectful and polite, it was blah atmosphere. The cashiers can barely speak English. Most everyone there , the exact same way. Do you or should I say the management here do this purposely? They had to call someone over to answer a question that I had. Because of the communication issue. The outside parking lot is dirty.
I want to take a moment to thank the staff at the Lockwood and University location. They always have been spot on with my orders and have stood out as a fast food location that my wife and I frequent for their attention to detail in getting the order exact every time. This current visit, I accidentally ordered a quarter ponder for my wife instead of a two cheeseburger meal. It was my mistake ordering and they still corrected it for me and were very polite and quick to assist me. This was something I am very pleased McDonalds did for me and I don’t know if other employees would have gone out of their way to help me like this staff did today. Thank you McD’s on Lockwood!

Went there for breakfast in the morning and nobody will answer me and there was people inside and wasn’t closed but ended up leaving and seen people running inside to hide always something with McDonald’s

Went to this location and some lady needs to go back to school I ask for 1 meal and she charged me for 3 meals tried to correct it she still charged me for 2 extra sandwiches went back in for a refund they only refunded me for one sandwich and I was so mad I just left this place will scam you find another location
