I frequent this location for breakfast on Fridays and today I was shocked to bite into my sausage egg and cheese muffin and there was not a sausage patty but a burger and onions on it! It was so gross I immediately spit it out. It also tasted like it was rotten/old so I’m assuming it was left in the drawer from the night before. Which is alarming and a food safety concern! I also absolutely hate onions, I started vomiting and had to leave work. This is unacceptable and someone in your kitchen is cutting corners with their safety and food prep procedures!

In the drive through for like 20 minutes waiting on one car. Why didn’t they have that car pull up like all other McDonald’s instead of holding the line up for 20 mins just to get some Chicky nuggies 😤🍗
