Went today for my moms birthday and the man working was SO unprofessional and seemed to be high or have zero training whatsoever on customer service it was an extremely awkward and uncomfortable experience and i probably wont go back but the frozen yogurt was good which is the only reason im not giving 1 star.

So I’m just going to start this off by saying they really do have good yogurt & toppings and the prices aren’t that bad. But I had overheard a younger manager in there kitchen telling the younger employees there that she will not serving any strawberries because they had mold on them & believe it or not that was my second time coming in there that afternoon with my daughter. But the first time I went in the morning I did saw that the strawberries especially looked old and really discolored & honestly I thought it was just me & i didn’t say anything which is my fault. First hand I would say props to that team that afternoon because they were trained right to not put fruits or anything that’s not good to serve to the public & also this establishment need to do better with their fruits even if it’s true you cannot serve this type of mess to adults, elderly & most importantly smaller kids. Just would want to warn people to actually look at your food before eating!

I will probably never return to this menchies. I had never experienced bad customer service at any menchies until today. I have been to atleast 3 within Tampa and Sarasota numerous time.It started off with my family walking and the first thing I notice was this older women employee instead of restocking the little sample cups she removes them off the sample cup tray as we are turning the corner to the frozen yogurt area.So I say okay no big deal I’ll just ask for them. Then she puts the little cup on the sample tray one for each person, okay great. But then proceeds to tell us it’s only one sample per person.That’s where I get confused/upset because who has ever been to a frozen yogurt place or ice cream place that it’s one sample per person. It made no sense, it’s simply not a thing.This was the first time for my nephews going to menchies and they were not even allowed to sample more than one frozen yogurt at a time because of this employee. They did not get the real menchies experience in my opinion and to be honest this will be their first and last time going. For me it will be my last time going to this franchise. I did not feel comfortable with that employee she needs to have a bit more training on how to work with people.
Lots of great flavors and toppings are particularly impressive for the variety. Is your standard self serve yogurt fare. I appreciated that you could try the flavors. They have free waffle cones on Wednesday but the woman working the task wouldn't give it to us because we didn't put it in 1st. That was annoying and frustrating. The yogurt itself was good.

This is a great Menchies! The employees here are so friendly and the topping station is usually very nice and tidy for a froyo place.

No customer service! My daughter got charged for two cups instead of one , she walked in few minutes later to ask for a refund, they couldn't because the owner was supposed to issue it . Called in a week later spoke with the owner who was informed about it, said that she was going to refund her but never did it.

It's a good product, we go constantly, but this time for my daughter's birthday we bought a cake, everything was fine until we put it in the fridge at home, at dawn it was totally destroyed... We went to the store because we didn't We managed to understand what was happening... They gave us a telephone number in which they only told us that the cake must be in the freezer, that they should have told us this, but at no time, neither during the purchase nor during the delivery, did they inform us of this, they should have a simple notice in their boxes or make their employees understand the importance of this information... At the end of it all we lost our money since they did not give a solution and we had to run to find another cake for my daughter.
