It will be a bittersweet day when the rest of Americans discover how INCREDIBLE Vietnamese food is.I'm a big guy and the size of the portions are crazy, I always leave feeling so full but it's all healthy ingredients.Mia's was OUTSTANDING, If I lived closer I would eat here all the time. I look forward to coming back and I'm grateful to have stumbled upon Mia's Vietnamese cuisine.Had an iced coffee too, off the charts good!

Excellent and authentic Vietnamese food cheerfully served in a clean space at reasonable prices. What more could you want? The banh mi bread and grilled pork were fresh and delicious. The pho was less sweet than some but had that pure, clean lime 'kick' that only good pho has. I'll be back as soon as possible. Thanks!

We got takeout and ordered four main dishes and the shrimp papaya salad. The first thing we noticed was that the portions are huge. Each dish was plenty for two people to share. We ordered grilled pork vermicelli, seafood noodle soup, betel leaf banh hoi, and banh hoi. The banh hoi dishes had super fresh veggies on the side and the meats were tender and excellent. The noodle soup had a delicious broth and tasty seafood but the chunks of squid were chewy and too large to manage in a soup. The vermicelli dish also had crisp, fresh veggie and yummy noodles. The pork was tasty but needs to be sliced smaller. The sweet rice dessert was well-balanced and not overly sweet. Overall, we had an excellent takeout experience from Mia's.

Delicious Summer rolls, Pho and noodles. Quick and generous with meat and broth was not salty. They use peanut sauce instead of Houston sauce for the rolls which is the correct way.

It was a great experience overall but with a slight hiccup in service, possibly due to the lateness of our visit. We'll give it another go in the near future and report back.
Last night was our second visit in the past month. The broth on the Pho here is amazing most places it’s bland but here it’s stand alone good so I only added a few things like chill sauce. The spring rolls they call summer rolls are hefty and great peanut sauce. We have made this or go to for Pho. They also use the Toast App so if you are into apps and ordering take out or delivery they have you covered.

The best Vietnamese food I’ve had. The jasmine green tea boba was so amazing, I could swim in it. The beef was tender and flavorful. Highly recommend if you are craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

Here we go…. We moved to Sarasota about 4 years ago from an area with plenty of Vietnamese restaurants. I was introduced to Vietnamese cuisine in 2004 by my former Vietnamese boss. Since then I have tried Vietnamese in several countries in Europe as well as all over North America. Finding GOOD Vietnamese food in Sarasota county was impossible. I had almost given up. THAT CHANGED WEDNESDAY NIGHT! This place is AMAZING! Yes it is clean. Yes it has nice ambiance. But I am a foodie. I judge by the food coming out of the kitchen. Let me tell you the person in this kitchen is a MASTER. I will absolutely be a regular. The Banh-mi sandwich is PERFECT! It may be even the best I have ever had. To everyone there, you guys definitely have me as a HUGE fan.

THAT CHANGED WEDNESDAY NIGHT! This place is AMAZING! Yes it is clean. Yes it has nice ambiance. But I am a foodie. I judge by the food coming out of the kitchen. Let me tell you the person in this kitchen is a MASTER. I will absolutely be a regular. The Banh-mi sandwich is PERFECT! It may be even the best I have ever had. To everyone there, you guys definitely have me as a HUGE fan.
