I attended a special event at St. Pete’s Pier, called WUSF’s Longest Table and was lucky to be attended by Milan Catering.The scene was perfect! Not too hot and not too cold. The sunset was setting a delicious ambiance. Before I get to the main event I must give praise to Milan Catering for a wonderful display in decor. The attention to detail was spectacular.Alright here we go!!! The first course was a sweet potato zucchini fritter topped with a scallop and Thai apricot chutney....
