I will never come to this restaurant again. From start to finish it was a disaster. They had our reservation wrong. They are rude. The manager is arrogant. The food was awful. But worse than that they didn’t even care that they messed up the orders, never brought drinks, sold us the wrong wine, and to top it off the crab they served was actually spoiled. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. Absolutely HORRIBLE and ridiculously overpriced.

So pleased to have the high level dining experience offered by Element restaurant. There is something calming and reassuring about entering the sophisticated yet friendly space. Our experience with the staff has always been a big thumbs up.

Food was absolutely delicious. Steak was immaculate. It's what they do best so you need to go there for it. Sides were to die for! Drinks were delicious and dessert was perfect. Service was excellent and attentive. Will def be going back.

We have passed this Restaurant a couple of times on our trips to Sarasota and were always intrigued. We ate there last Friday evening and we were not Disappointed! First off the place is Beautiful. We were Seated by the very pleasant Ladies at the front quickly and had a nice view of the outside. (in Fact, everyone we interacted with here were pleasant).
Our Server Holly was knowledgeable both about the Menu and Wine Options...she asked a few questions about our Meal preferences which allowed her to recommend us a GREAT bottle of Wine to pair with our courses. She also gave us a small taste of the Wine from the bar to insure it would mesh and she was on point. She was also fast and got everything we asked for right. The food here is EXCELLENT! From the Apps to the main courses to the dessert....I had a Filet and my Wife had the Strozapreti with Garlic confit (WE LOVE GARLIC)...man what a FANTASTIC combination! All in all a 5 Star experience and will now become a staple on our trips there. (We will also be requesting Holly)!

Josh was great!! We had a lovely sunday brunch. The meat board was everything!! He kept our endless mimosa glasses filled and was very personable. My husband is a chef and I also work in the industry, Element is top notch!! Will definitely be back!

Sitter at Bar per request and pretty atmosphere. The manager came over twice genuinely sincere. Missed happy hour by 2 minutes though the reservation was at 5:45pm. Probably could of bent a little. Otherwise food and atmosphere very clean nice and accommodating.

Our Sunday brunch yesterday at Element was amazing, as always. The avocado board is my favorite on the menu, and my friend was thrilled with the delicious eggs Benedict. We were heading to a ballet movie at the opera house, which is a pleasant walk from the restaurant. Element never disappoints, always elegantly prepared food and excellent service, and don't forget the bottomless mimosas!

My daughter has celiac and Holly was amazing. We ordered salmon mustard seed dish and it was the most amazing meal ever. Came back with my husband and sat in the same booth and Holly served us again! Wow!!! She is so wonderful!!!! So was the salmon! ?
