We split a Caesar salad and each had the Steak Toast, both delicious, and we were both full! So good value for the money!

We had an excellent dinner. We sat on their outside seating had our own personal heat lamp. The service was exceptional, and the food was equally good..

Great date night/ romantic spot. Excellent service without being intrusive. Food was on par with other top rated steakhouses. Reasonable prices on wine by the glass or bottle. Situated in a lively part of downtown with other restaurants, bars, cafes etc. Would recommend for couples celebrating anniversaries, date night, special occasions, etc.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We started with smoked old fashioneds which were perfectly served and prepared. We then treated ourselves to the early bird menu and the filet was one of the best I've ever had. Husband agreed. The sides of grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes were tasty. All topped off with pumpkin mousse. DELICIOUS! Awesome service and lux atmosphere!

I hate writing bad reviews but we were really let down on this visit. 2 meals sent back as they were cold. One meal very overcooked pasta. Other 2 meals very mediocre. Wine list lacking. But no apology from anyone or even accepting that it was not good. This has been one of our favorite restaurants hopefully this was just a glitch

By far the best food we've had since we arrived a week ago - and we've been to Miami and Key West in some very expensive restaurants! Everything is perfect here! The Service (I knocked over a glass of wine and although it was clearly my fault they replaced the wine), over the Mood to the meal. The flambéed sheep cheese is a sensation! Spicy and not too heavy because of the subtle acidity. The Rockefeller oysters as well: little bechamele rather more bacon makes them feel much easier than normal. And then the steaks! Unbelievable what you can make of a fillet! Perfect cooking point and crispy on the outside! Add sensational sauces (red wine demi-glaze and brandy pepper) with frieze with a bit too mild chipottle mayo. This menu would easily be good for a Michelin star in Europe!

Another delicious meal at Element. Food, service, ambience, wine were all superlative. Will return soon

Unbelievable filet. If you are a steak lover, this is your place. Our server was polished and professional and knew the menu inside and out. This was every bit an NYC steakhouse in Sarasota, Florida!

We took some dear friends to Element last night to enjoy the great cocktails, delicious food, and super service by Josh. The oysters were terrific on 2 bucks a shuck on Wednesdays! We were not disappointed but the filet sliders could have had less toughness in them. Our friends enjoyed their tacos and burger. It was a delightful evening. Thanks.

Very good food a little on the pricey side. Wonderful alcoholic drink selections! If you go in with a group of people and if you get a little loud, the other customers will get annoyed very quickly at this establishment it seems like. Lol

Stopped in for their $9 Tuesday taco special and was so surprised by the quality of ingredients, taste and presentation. These were not your basic tacos! Piper was sweet and attentive, overall a great experience!
