The whole staff is really on point as far as customer service and extremely knowledgeable about wines and food details. Highly recommend and im not easy to please.

I had an overall great time there, Tomahawk was kinda a big miss. Would come again to try some other items.

We visit Element often! The menu changes so there is always something new to try. The owner is so nice and you'll always find him there making sure the operation is running smoothly. The service staff remember who you are and will come over and say hi if they aren't serving you that night. Overall 10/10 recommend. We would choose to go here over Ocean Prime if you are looking for a nice sit down dinner.

Did not enjoy the door grinding every time it was opened. Very distracting!! All team members know about it and customers too but was told no change was made. Can't they put rubber in the hinges or change the hinges? Also missed the floral display on the walls. Was told projectors were broken. Disappointing as this was my birthday dinner. Nothing was offered for the special night. No singing n no birthday dessert. Surprised.

Our waitress Piper was excellent but she was also working on the other side of The Element. One time it was difficult to locate her for our check. I had to speak with the chef in the kitchen to see where she was. The hamburger special that is a feature on their noon menur was outstanding. I would not eat lunch at the Lounge as the ambience is entirely different from the dinner location. It was in the same building but very set apart from the dinner area. It was conected only by the kitchen. There was no one eating in the lounge while my small group was there. People came into the bar but no one was attending it so they left. It was weird. The decor was ordinary.

A very good experience. Attractive setting. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Interesting menu, but struck me as "too much effort to impress" on some dishes that I would have preferred done more simply.

Great food and service was exceptional. Steaks were prepared to perfection. Extensive wine list with outstanding selections.

Josh was my server and the service was excellent! Cooper also assisted us and he was super friendly! They were quick and personable! Definitely will be back!

The New Year’s Eve menu options were very limited. The food was average at best, and the service was terrible. The PEI mussels were small. It was the worst Martini I ever had, and I waited 20 minutes for my olives. The waiter made a mistake about my entree, and the manager could not be located. One of the worst restaurants in Sarasota

We thoroughly appreciated the experience and our meal. It was well worth the trip and they deserve a review. I appreciate restaurants for their willingness to accommodate requests and recommendations; we don’t review every single thing because we believe everyone should experience food and the entire experience for themselves. s. Perhaps what I did like could be someone's favorite.
