Before we visited the Ringling Museum we stopped for lunch at the Ringling Grillroom. It was an excellent decision! The service was wonderful and our dishes were delicious! We had the crab cake, burrata and grouper. Everything was as if we were in a high end restaurant and not in a museum grillroom! We would go back just for the food!

Wonderful wines by the glass choices and a good pour! Food is consistently perfect. Great salad with the crab. Crab perfect too. I love this grille. Everyone is so happy to help insure a good experience. Carol was our server. I think she was our server my last visit too. She's polite and professional and adds to a happy and relaxing ambiance. Oh! Chef was willing to share how he/she made the squash. And bar was okay with a taste of a wine. Wonderful afternoon. Thank you....

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambience, & value. We had our lunch on the patio where it was quite comfortable despite the 99 degree-plus temp.., chicen panini and the Salmon BLT were our choices with garlic mushrooms on the side. Our server was exceptional (Becky) and friendly. And ‘yes' we are members and frequent visitors of ringling.org.
