My wife who is a veteran was denied the veterans discount, on Veterans Day because the order was placed online. No help to address it was offered. Simply an “I’m sorry”. Then she tried to buy a coffee mug and was told no Veterans discount is available for coffee mugs.
My wife continued with her purchase and humbly thanked them for their service. 😂
She is nicer than me.
People aren’t human beings any more.
I did not have a good experience at this location last week. Will not be returning.
