They play childish, stupid, games. Very upsetting. Was put on hold four times this evening and no one came back. Barely got enough time to tell them I had one question about availability of an item. They quickly put me on hold and never came back. First time 7 minutes. The second call was over 11 minutes. The third call I told the person you keep putting me on hold and forgetting about me and they said they were quite busy. I waited 19 minutes and then the last time I called and I told them they keep leaving me on hold and they just put me on hold until I hung up just past close at total of 46 minutes. It was done on purpose. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Not so great customer service here at this location. Placed an order online ahead of time and had to wait 35 mins in the store until I got my items. Then, 4 days later I went to pick up a second order I placed ahead of time and was told to come back in 45 mins because the order wasn’t ready. It is the holiday season so I expect a little delay, but this is excessive. Plus multiple other people who came in after me received their orders before mine.

I can’t get enough of this cake store. On this occasion I ordered ahead, paid online and picked up in store. I bought a custom bundtini collection for a teenager to pick her flavor of cake for her birthday next month. She loves the cookies and cream, my fav is the white chocolate raspberry. Service was great, staff is really helpful and there are many gifting ideas in store.

Walked in and ordered Signature Assortment and a Custom Assortment of mini Bundt cakes. Waited for the order and was told here is your order and was handed a box . The next day as I was setting up for a party I realized they only have me the Custom Assortment. I called and they sent the missing portion of the order over promptly. While I was disappointed in the missing portion of the order I was impressed with their commitment to getting it right.

My office got me the lemon raspberry cake for my birthday. It is the best cake I have ever tasted. The texture and consistency was perfect. I’ve been dreaming about it ever since. Edit: this cake cured the wedding cake craving I’ve been having for months, it was that good!

I got delivery yesterday , i was expecting something and checking about every half hour, finally i got the box of cupcakes. the box was put on the concrete by the front door in a 95 degree weather in Florida, box was not sealed or placed in a shopping bag, nobody rang the door bell ( we have a dog and every dog owner knows how loud dogs respond to the door bell) some insects were already crawling over the box, luckily none made inside the box yet. My recommendation would be to place the box in a shipping bag or seal it. The cupcakes were delicious , but in another half hour we would loose them .

Delicious, variety and the best frosting They called to check on my order But when it was delivered the guy just left it at my door and didn’t ring the bell or nothing, luckily, my ring camera went off as I watched him snap a picture and walk away But if I didn’t have one of those, I would’ve never known, my cakes were in front of the door out in the hot sun And he lost an extra cash tip by being lazy because I had one ready for him. I would have left five stars, but they should honestly be more careful about delivering sensitive items like cake
