This is rating customer service, not the cakes. The store sent out an email saying they have a program to give a student a bundtlet cake for tracking reading time on a sheet given by the bakery. I have made two trips to the bakery to get the sheet to join the program for my student. Both times I was assured that the owner would email me the necessary material. She has not sent anything or contacted me to explain or work out a plan. This is really false advertising and misleading. It is wrong. I have wasted time and effort in response to her email. I considered calling the attorney general's office but decided I will post a review. Not sure why she would send out this email and refuse to act on it. It shows a lack of integrity and is not good business.

I ordered a gender reveal cake for our party and they put the wrong rattle in the cake. Literally a 50/50 job. It’s not that anything even has to get baked into it, they’re just hiding a plastic rattle under a bow. We even cut into it thinking it was just one awful mistake on the outside, and maybe something (correct) was hiding on the inside? But no.. It’s just disappointing that the employees were unable to check the order twice before handing it over. We planned this out with my family as we live in CO and they are in FL. Huge bummer.
Edit to give 3 stars instead of 1 as the store manager Amy was very gracious and apologetic in her response to my concern, refunded us, and offered a new cake. Despite the fact that the gender reveal was ruined, everyone is human. And it has nothing to do with flavor, the cakes are always really good. I hope my concern helps the next guest with quality.

If you haven't had one of these bundts, you don't realize how ridiculously good they are. I don't have a huge sweet tooth, I don't generally think store-bought cakes are worth it, but I've probably bought thirty of these damn things over the years. Absolutely divine.
The staff are amazing!!! I haven't even tried the cake but have no doubt it will be as great as it looks.

I just don’t get it. Everyone told me how amazing these cakes are so I had to Try it. 🫤 it was not moist, it was super dry and cold and did not taste fresh at all. My expectations were higher than what I got. The coldness also made the drizzle of icing crack and crumble all over the place which was disappointing. Who wants dried out icing ? I wanted creamy icing and a moist cake. I got none of that. Yall who love this place? I just don’t understand why. Won’t be back but that’s because I didn’t care for their cake. The place was super clean and well organized. The staff was super sweet and helpful. It just ain’t my thang yall.

TERRIBLE time management and communication from the workers. Case was basically empty but was told they had all flavors and just had to wait for them to be frosted. Half an hour later still waiting for it because they are frosting more for the case and won’t bring out a single at a time. Also had multiple frosters not going in the order of how people ordered or prioritizing based on getting customers orders done before restocking the case which still not sure how it got that empty. Front counter was very unsure about how long anything would take and didn’t seem to want to ask the frosters for an estimate.

I generally do POSITIVE reviews and always contact the business directly, prior to placing a negative review. I ordered desserts for pick up at 12 pm on Christmas Eve. I arrived right before 12 to a packed store of customers waiting. The employee at the door was holding an ipad and asked me my name. I told her and she said you will need to return at 2 pm. I told her i would come back. What I do not understand is why in this day and age of them having ALL my contact info why someone did not text me or call me or email me! While I was there only one person received a box. I returned at 2 pm and the woman told me I had to wait 20 more minutes. The desserts came out VERY SLOWLY and everyone was frustrated. I asked her if the manager had considered comping all of our desserts or providing a gift certificate for our next visit to attempt to make up for us losing hours of our Christmas Eve and driving twice for an order? She said yes they are planning on doing something. I took the time when I returned home to email the store. To date I have received nothing, no call, no email, no apology. This is such a missed opportunity for them to have stepped up and wowed everyone there. They certainly do not value their customers time. So disappointed.

They went above and beyond my expectations! My husband went to pick up our party order and they informed him that I ordered for tomorrow not today. My husband informed them that the party was today and he really needs this order today they said no problem we can have it ready in 2 hours. I am so thankful for all they did

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered four items and when I arrived to pick them up, I specifically asked if everything was there. The person confirmed that it was. However, when I got home, I realized that one item was missing! Now I have to waste more time going back to pick it up—time I shouldn’t have to spend for a mistake that could have been easily avoided. This level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. I expected much better service, and this has left me very frustrated.

Super cute store and it's homey. BUT the staff seem like they don't really know what their doing when I brought in a voucher. ALSO its LUDACRIS to charge $1 for a toothpick that says "Happy Birthday" on it. The cake itself was a MAJOR let down and left a lot to be desired. It seemed soggy and soaked with a sugar solution even though we followed the storing and serving directions to a tee. The cake was also SO SWEET and seemed like the DUMPED a bag of SUGAR into it. I would recommend heading over to Sam's Club and SAVING YOUR MONEY!
