My better half knows I love my confetti and snickerdoodle bundtlets. I don’t even like to share it. This is where she purchased my birthday cake and one of my Valentine’s gift - Bundtlets. I have to say they did an absolute poor job with the presentation of the cakes. I usually get it from Naples and when I lived in St. Pete. They need to do a better job with what the end results are. The picture looks better than in person. This is what it’s not supposed to look like.

Went in to pick up peppermint cake. Associate Michelle came off as extremely rude when I presented her with a coupon emailed to me from company. Said "guess she'll take it" after closely examining it. Made me feel like I was being shady. Got home with cake and when removing plastic covering, icing came off on plastic. Embarrassing to serve guests a cake like that. Emailed corporate twice about my complaints since didn't answer first one. They defended her reaction to my coupon and said bakery too busy with holidays to respond. Terrible customer service! Your cakes aren't that good to be treated in that manner.

Tasty cakes for any occasion. Clean store. Nice people. You're greeted by someone once in the store. Decent, yet tight parking available. I purchased assorted cupcakes. The new strawberry flavor is one to try.

We ordered these delicious little Bundt cakes for a birthday. They are so delicious! They are so moist and we love all the different flavors. The service was amazing as well. The people at the counter were so courteous. We are here vacationing from Wisconsin.

Amazing and now my go to for special occasions or if just want a special treat. We got the white chocolate raspberry to bring to a dinner party. What a hit! My friend got the assorted Bundtinies and got to taste the pumpkin, vanilla and confetti. The strawberry cream was gone before I could get to it. In one word "Fantastic" from a cake snob. Lol.
Came here with my neighbor because her favorite thing ever is nothing Bundt cakes and I wanted to treat her. The employees were so friendly and patient while we ordered. We got 4 bundt cakes and it was around $24 which seemed like a decent price. The store front was small and simple which was expected as they just sell a small quantity of Bundt cakes. I'll definitely be back!

I bought a 10 inch cake. They gave me the small one and didn’t give me any type of refund. Be prepared people their cakes at 7.5 inches

My family purchased a 10" cake and received a smaller cake, about 7.5" (yes we measured and sent them a picture next to the ruler). We realized the size difference after arriving home from a 30 minute drive. After contacting the store, they would not issue us a refund. They did not even want to lower the price to the actual cost of the 8 inch cake. We will not purchase another cake from this franchise. Very sad.

If you haven’t tried this place yet then you need to ASAP!!! Best ‘cake’ that you will ever have!! I’m not usually a non-chocolate dessert person, but this place has changed my mind! From the strawberries and cream to the confetti to the red velvet! You will not regret trying this place out and you won’t be disappointed!!
