The food at Ofkors Bakery is absolutely delicious! Every item I tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The pastries, in particular, were a highlight and made the visit worthwhile.
However, the customer service leaves room for improvement. The staff seemed to lack knowledge about the items they were selling, which made it difficult to get detailed recommendations or answers to questions. A bit more training and attentiveness could really elevate the experience.
Overall, the food is fantastic, but polishing the service side would make this bakery truly exceptional!

We are very unhappy! We order our crepes and drinks, after 15 minutes of waiting we received our drinks and 20 minutes later we were told that they no longer make crepes at this time (3:30 p.m. 😳). So we waited for nothing, our tea and coffee are cold. In short, no respect for the customer. How can we imagine that they had not anticipated that they would no longer be making crepes 35 minutes later?

We purchased two baklava pastries which were soggy, pastry not flaky and very little flavor overall poor quality even though they were quite large but taste experience 👎. Service at the cashier was dismissive maybe because of the long line, finally many downtown snoots hogging the tables staring mindlessly down at their phones. Not my kind of place

Really enjoyed your bakery! Great atmosphere and delicious drinks. The smell inside reminded me of the Lviv Chocolate Factory. Wish you had a location in the Tampa area – we’d visit all the time!

Nicely made cappuccinos. Can’t speak to the food but there’s a wide variety of smoothies, wraps, and baked goods. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Amazing spot for great coffee and excellent service! The pastries are delicious, and the warm atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend their coffee selections!
We just happened upon this bakery/cafe. We liked it so much we went back a second day. Place was so clean. Food was freshly prepared and served at appropriate tempature. Most certainly had a European vibe to it, with an American twist, but more European.

So honestly I went in looking for a bakery I'm into cupcakes and cookies they don't quite have that here they have pastries, croissants etc. and ended up getting French toast and 4 cookies. Cookies were alright not the greatest tasted but not the worst. The French toast was good. Wasn't perfect was missing a little cinnamon, more vanilla but overall thinking health wise it was good. Definitely would advise to go check it out.

As usual, disrespectful attitude to customers, I'm sorry that you think that people who specifically drove to you can not get the desired service, if you want to go home quickly, the time before closing time is also working time, but of course you will not get the desired food or drinks, because of course it is very hard to pay people half an hour more to be motivated to work until the last customer, thank you for your customer service
