We went to P.F. Chang on a Friday night. Katie, our server, was attentive. The food was cooked just right. We will return again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the most disrespectful and prejudiced dining experience we've ever had. Our family frequently visits P.F. Chang's—usually in Winter Park or Daytona—and we've always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this location was a complete disappointment. The service was terrible from the start. Our food was not only lacking in flavor but also missing key ingredients. More concerning, though, was the clear disparity in how we—and another non-Caucasian family nearby—were treated compared to other guests. Tables that arrived well after us were promptly served drinks, appetizers, and multiple refills. Meanwhile, we couldn't even get a refill on water. There were only about eight tables in the restaurant, so being ignored was inexcusable. To top it off, we waited over 45 minutes just to receive our bill. This experience was frustrating, disheartening, and unacceptable. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but the level of disregard and poor treatment here needed to be called out.

Great food...server seemed to struggle with organizing(staging) 2 couple's orders..small portions...very expensive...value is off

I honestly felt like I was eating in a cafeteria. This 1 large room concept is loud and impersonal. The food is just ok. Way over priced and caloric for me to go back.

First time at this P.F. Chang's, brought out of town guests for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed. Good food, good service and very convenient.

my husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary and the place is amazing delicious food, great waitress. The only problem was we had to listen to the table behind us talk about their life history, as they were only talking to their own table, but I think four tables if not, six around them could hear every word they saying.

We have been to P.F. Chang many times. On our last visit, the food was not as good as it has been. Very disappointing

Gavin was training, and what a nice guy he is!! He'll do well. Food was okay, not great like I remember it to be. Overall, it was good.

The meal met expectations and consistent with PF Chang's standards. The Happy Hour Menu needs to be revised. There are no specials for a party of 1. The description at the top of the Happy Hour Menu states Soup and Salad. This is not accurate as it is actually Soup or Salad. The Happy Hour menu was not extended to the dining room patrons. This was disappointing and not competitive with other restaurants offering Happy Hour Menus. Furthermore, the restaurant was at approximately a third of its capacity and it appears they could use the extra business. The floors were greasy and hazardous. Our server did a nice job. I do not plan to return to this location.

The chain has gone downhill since we last ate at one of their restaurants. No wonder the place was empty! The “crispy” shrimp were simply soggy, the server left the next table over with spilled food all over it when the diners left although she did clear the dishes, and the restrooms were dirty.

Three of us had dinner. We ordered 3 dishes to share. Fried rice, sesame chicken and beef w broccoli. The beef was terrible. Little hard pellets over-cooked. Do not order beef. The other 2 dishes were good.

My wife ordered Beef Teriyaki but got Chicken teriyaki. We were later “told” that chicken could be substituted for beef...??? We got a slight discount, but... Still seems odd...

We have been long time patrons of PF Changs but that is going to change. I would be embarrassed to serve the deserts they offer. They could not be any smaller and they are pricing themselfs out of business. Staff was great .

Has become a little pricey. Food is really good. $157.00 is a bit much for 3.
