Very disappointed. Eaten at PF for many years in many places. Service was good but food was not up to par. Mongolian beef was tough and overcooked. Crispy chicken was mostly “crispy dough “ with tough chicken. Even the brown rice was undercooked. And all the food was cold when it arrived. Be a long time if ever that I return.

My first time dining here. And it was all outstanding. My friend and I started with lettuce wraps and fried wonton. Both delicious. The timing from drinks to appetizer to main course was impeccable. And our server was friendly and efficient. She even persuaded the chef to make a dish for my friend that wasn't offered on the lunch menu. I had General Tso chicken and it was superb. The side salad was dressed nicely and crunchy. I also had the unlimited mock cocktail that's on special right now...strawberry cucumber...OMG..Fantastic. So many options in Sarasota, but if I was in town again, I'd definitely choose this again. Oh, and the gm stopped by our table twice to check in. THAT is always appreciated. Thank you for a super pleasurable dining experience!

Andrea our server was phenomenal she went over and above what was expected of a server. I have been in the business 30 years and pretty damn close to one of the best servers I've ever had so thank you Andrea as far as food I've been through PF Chang's in Boston Naples Tampa and I got to say this is one of the most mediocre meals I've ever had at PF Chang's... I was disappointed because I have not eaten at a PF Chang's in a very long time and it's a quite a few of my favorite dishes off as well. And the crab rangoons I'm sure was an oversight but that crab needs to be thrown out I'm sorry I don't mean to be so critical I'm just speaking the truth but the service was spot on and so was management so thank you for that happy holidays

Absolutely wonderful food served hot and fresh. Egg rolls are VERY GOOD! Along with beef and broccoli… My fav to come to and our server Katherine was spot on Very Attentive Professional and kind. This restaurant is managed very well. A manager who goes out of his way to meet and greet the guests. Classy indeed!
