The food isn’t fresh there anymore, spent $50 to throw our bowls away, fish tasted horrible, the noodles were hard, the cilantro was turning brown. Skip it.

I should of trust their review about the boba tea. Their boba tea isnt that good. Boba is suppose to be fresh and chewy. not mushy on the outside and hard in the inside-that tells me they reuse the old boba from the last batch that they make. They get harden when it gets refrigerated and when it gets reheated it gets mushy texture. when i meant mushy, this boba must been 4-5 days old reheated. So gross! Boba is suppose to be made fresh everyday. Next Day isn't that good because of its texture. I'll find somewhere else.

Decided to finally check it out after trying it at Reggae Rise Up. Christian and Isaac gave us 5 star customer service which is definitely hard to come by these days. Great kids, great food will definitely be back.

The employee Zach is a fine young gentleman! He makes Pacific Counter one of the best spots in town! Love the bowls and the dole whip and Zach’s smile and charm!!!
I stopped by Pacific Counter and got a Dole Whip, and employee, Zach made the experience great. He was super friendly and made sure it came out perfect — smooth, fresh, and exactly how it should be. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about the customers. Definitely one of the best Dole Whips I’ve had, and Zach’s service made it even better!
