Decided to finally check it out after trying it at Reggae Rise Up. Christian and Isaac gave us 5 star customer service which is definitely hard to come by these days. Great kids, great food will definitely be back.

I stopped by Pacific Counter and got a Dole Whip, and employee, Zach made the experience great. He was super friendly and made sure it came out perfect — smooth, fresh, and exactly how it should be. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about the customers. Definitely one of the best Dole Whips I’ve had, and Zach’s service made it even better!

This place is great. I go every time I visit Sarasota and I look forward to it. Food is delicious, employees are great, portions are generous. Considering portions and how fresh the food is, the prices are very reasonable. Wish they would franchise or expand nationally. Would be a hit in New York.
