Unfortunately a solid restaurant and amazing service paired with really disappointing food. Toppings were great, rice was a bit overcooked and stodgy, and the fish did not taste fresh. Wouldn't go back.

I don't remember the associates name that helped me at the counter but she was great. I didn't know what everything was on the menu but she was very knowledgeable and the food was delicious!

First time going to a Pacific Counter, but most definitely NOT my last. I did a small BYO Bowl and still had plenty left to take home with me. Portion sizes were amazing and ingredients seemed very fresh. Everything tasted spectacular, especially the sauces (I got both the counter sauce and the classic poke sauce). I forgot to take the photo before we started eating so it’s not as pretty as it started out but I promise the presentation was beautiful when they brought it out....
