DO NOT COME IN IF YOU EXPECT GOOD SERVICE
I came in to get a sweet cinnamon water, "agua de horchata."
I always come in. I asked for a large no ice, and this lady fills the cup with ice. I said, "I asked for no ice, please," and she said she's not allowed to sell it without ice. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner, she stated no one was available
It's extremely rude service along with not catering to a customer. I'd gladly pay extra for no ice. But this ignorant woman didn't even care to sell or please a customer.

***edit, I returned and demanded to speak to a manager or owner, I spoke to the owner named Victor, and I asked him why I was told I couldn't purchase a water with no ice. He said I could, but a piece here and there will slip, I said, absolutely, and that's ok, but I do not wish to purchase a cup of ice with some water. I made it very clear that I do not wish to return another day and be treated the way I was and had him bring her to me and explain that she can indeed sell water as I requested. For the record, their large water is $5.75

I ordered 1 bag of prepared chips, he charged me 3. $21.00 and gave me horrible customer service when I complained. The owner comes out and tries to blame me. When from the beginning I paid separately and told the lady one with mayonnaise and one without, then she tells me to change MY BAG when my brother is allergic to mayonnaise. The lady starts making faces at me. He shows him one he received and wants to tell me that no, I'm wrong. And for the owner, hire people with experience. No Return.

Just your average ice cream joint. Nothing special, but it gets the job done.

Hot as hell inside over priced and quality is terrible

This is my favorite ice cream go to spot. So many options for flavors- they have ice cream, drinks, popsicles, mango, elotes. Staff are very kind and it's very conveniently located.It's bright and colorful inside and it is always busy, but there's usually no wait time!

Awesome homemade ice cream. A must stop.
