I've been coming here for about two-ish years now,(suprised I haven't written a review earlier.) Anyways, Palma has to be my favorite coffee shop, due to many factors. The coffee is great, location is quaint and cozy, and the staff have always been great and friendly. I'm naturally a quiet person but have really opened up to the people working here. Can't beat this place.

Visited Palma on two occasions! Best coffee in Sarasota! (& I know a good cup of coffee when I taste it!) Not only were Harry and Tia exceptional with their service, but the other customers visiting the shop were so friendly and made the experience TOP TIER!! I had their drip coffee on my first visit and the cold brew a few days later! I was extremely satisfied both times! If I lived in Sarasota, this would be my daily visit! Thanks Harry & Tia for the great coffee and the great chats! May God bless this business for their kindness & service! In Jesus’ name!

This coffee shop is so good, by far the best in Sarasota area! The vibes are cozy and the staff are all so friendly and kind! I’ve had a simple vanilla ice latte and then tried an iced Kardi B latte with cold foam which is a caradom flavored latte and woah I’m mind blown at how good it is!

I decided to be adventurous and get the Kardi B and it was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The espresso is so smooth, ingredients fresh and delicious. The baristas that were there were super helpful and nice. I’ve recommended it to several people already! I’ll definitely be back.

Palma Coffee is super cute and cozy, and the employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend that you visit this café if you are in the Sarasota area. There’s indoor and patio seating. It’s a great spot for catching up with friends, caffeinating after a workout, or doing remote work.
Went for some while bean coffee of a specific brew. They had no bags left, but the cashier offered to go back and bag some of those beans for me. I felt very accommodated, and really appreciated the gesture.

Unfortunately didn’t get to try anything. I walked in to loud music, and staff(2 baristas behind the counter) who refused to make eye contact or greet you at the counter. There were a couple customers standing around, not sure if they were waiting to order or waiting to place an order. Too loud to ask. I stood there trying patiently, gave up and walked out. I don’t think the staff ever knew or cared. A good reminder of why I make my coffees at home.

I called earlier and asked to speak with the owner. The woman who answered seemed to think I was pitching something, and she hung up. I don’t blame her, I can understand why she reacted that way, but I’ll be honest, the abrupt hang-up didn’t feel great.
That said, I work with businesses around Sarasota to help make sure their online reputation matches the experience they provide in person. I noticed you’ve had a lot of reviews come in recently, and some haven’t been responded to. If you’re running ads, that’s money spent driving attention to a page where the follow-through isn’t consistent yet.
I have a simple tool I’d love to let you trial, because I genuinely think it would help. I’m also a customer who stops by from time to time, so you might even recognize me.
If the owner (or whoever manages reviews) is open to it, I’d be happy to explain quickly and set up a short trial.
