By reading the only 1 star review made me laughed. These people are the customers who walk in a steak house and get mad ' You should have more vegetarian options, it's very disrespectful to the vegetarian community!' if I were the owner I'd just purposely not serving decaf just to make this guy pissed ?

Came here for the first time today on holidays. Best latte I’ve ever had, you could taste the quality. They even had gf oat milk! Will definitely be here everyday this week!

EDITED 1 year later: after having visited most coffee shops in Sarasota by now, I’ve come to the personal conclusion that Palma makes the best damn cup of coffee in town. I believe that to make coffee this good- the owners have to be coffee snobs or purists to some degree, so I’ll take the largest size that they offer and enjoy every last drop because from the roast, to the perfect extraction and the homemade vanilla syrup, I’m sold. I’m not a coffee snob, but I’m glad...
