I eat there at least twice a week I always tip the last 3/4 months they always manage to mess up my order I mean how you manage to screw up a sandwich is mind boggling

Not a good example of Panera. I arrived at 9sm and there were no bagels, soufflés, etc. After standing at the counter for about 3 minutes, someone finally walked over, did not greet me, did not make eye contact, and never said thank you. I ordered a bear claw, which was not fresh, mostly stale. A very disappointing experience.

So I just ordered delivery from this place and I get it this way every time but never have I ever gotten rude service from a manager at this location .His name is * Brian * and he just kept repeating himself and wouldn't agree to any of my special instructions because I always get it like this so I don't understand why he couldn't just accept my special instructions.I just asked him to take out as many chicken pieces as he could...... I understand it comes premade ... Ok...and if he could fill the broth up to the top because of The missing chicken pieces.I also couldn't get a hold of the location at 2:50 p.m. at a very reasonable time of the day where it should be slow I called multiple times and no answer until this phone call..When he picked up the phone finally.....He didn't want to be on the phone with me he didn't want to hear what I had to say !!this is a joke of a manager!!Somebody needs to replace him ASAP!!Oh yes, and when the food arrived it was nothing like what I asked for!!No carrots no noodles literally just broth which is not what I asked for!! that is why I called to make sure he read my special instructions which he clearly didn't give a s*** about!!I'm actually asking for a refund right now because this is not what I ordered It was loaded with chicken as if I was speaking the opposite!!??Very rude manager very ignorant stuff!!

We ordered a Chicken Baja Bowl that when we got home, realized there was no chicken on it. Our other entree was a Chicken Caesar Salad and whoever made it acted as if they were using their own personal supply of chicken….hardly any on there. Won’t be back….which stinks because it’s close to our house.
Ordered a small Greek salad and tomato soup from the app. Great value, and for 8 bucks it comes with a nice piece of bread, good quality plasticware, and was ready for pickup within minutes. And the app works well, no muss/fuss.I don't normally rate chain restaurants, but Panera deserves honorable mention here. Tasty, fast, healthy, convenient and right-priced just checks all my quicky-food boxes.Well done team!

Store was understaffed and the person at the front counter was slow and unfriendly. It took 15 minutes for her to take the orders off the two people in front of me.
The guy,employee behind the counter, was flirting with the gal, employee, who was trying to make my Chai latte. He was getting in her space and touching her arms, commenting on her muscles.The thing that bothered me was that he was close enough to the drink being made for us that when he spoke, spit could be dropping in our drink.My husband is immunosuppressed, so I'm just hoping he isn't sick.The girl taking my order was there......in body....but her mind was somewhere else.

We visited Panera on Tamiami in Sarasota and had exceptional service. The team lead Rob was very helpful and welcoming as we are visiting out of town. Would definitely come back again.
