Everyone kinda ignores you, cashier wasn’t really attentive. Got my name wrong even though i spelt it out to them, didn’t called my order when its ready and just left it at the counter. Got my soup order wrong, didn’t give me the sandwich I paid for. Called the store and the manager said I should get a refund in about three days. It’s been more than a week and still nothing.

Even though I was getting a takeout order the two ladies up front were very unwelcoming. You didn’t even give me a receipt and then your coworker walks up to the same register I’m waiting to get my receipt at and completely ignores me and greets the person behind me like I’m not even standing in front of her . Gentle reminder to all employees despite skin color or age male/female to treat all customers the same we all spend money to eat here don’t we ?
