This location is a dirty filthy pit. When you walk in you will notice the dirty floor, a sticky substance on the counter tops, entry way doors that have not seen window cleaner in months. My take order was blessed with not one but two hairs! The take out bag sticker had red hair attached to it. The picture of the sandwich shows another hair. Of course, speaking to the manager named Marshall at the location was useless, as he could have cared less!

Panera use to be amazing but now it is constantly dirty, you get terrible service and the food is extremely average for the price.

Panera is my daughter's favorite restaurant, but I won't be returning to this location. To start with when we walked in we noticed that the A/C was not working and the front door was propped open. 3 employees were standing around the register area and not one of them said hello, apologized for the air, asked to take our order... nothing. I noticed a tablet attached to the counter and assumed we were supposed to use automation, even though there were paid employees standing there. After placing the order, one of the employees advised me that they were out of several of the cookies I had in my order (something that could have been addressed if they took my order live), then they neglected to give us the cups for the drinks we paid for. Then while waiting for our food, we witnessed one of the kitchen employees using foul language and giving a co-worker the middle finger. It cost over $50 for dinner for 4 of us, and that is the service we received. We sat outside where it was cooler than inside. I used it as a training lesson for my children explaining to them that if they want to keep their jobs, they need to provide customer service, thank customers for shopping there. I made the suggestion that perhaps the manager could provide free fountain drinks and apologize for the a/c being broken, but overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I was planning on writing to corporate, but I've been busy, and this will probably make more of an impact.

Music is waay too loud in this place.All the people complaining about this place and how horrible it is needs to go back to New York or Ohio. Employees here are always nice even with the turnaround. Everything i see come out of this place looks good.Its amazing how much people b!+ch about things. Their lives must be horrible and meaningless.

The food was good. They were not busy at 5:20pm and the floors, tables were not clean nor was anyone working busy so I ate and afterwards asked if there was a manager there to speak with. She came out and I told her how dirty all the booths and carpet was and since she was a manager that she should be aware of this. I will try another Panera next time and hope this is not the case.

The short white hair old woman manager in this location is the most horrible trashy person I ever see, she should be fired immediately! Today she use the entry door to hit me when I was trying to leave, use the door to punch me and using her hand to push me claiming I did not walk fast enough when the clock hits to 9pm, the owner of this business should check the camera for today’s situation, to check this woman’s behavior immediately. I think this woman has some mental issues, mentality disorder and also suffering poverty. Mistreating their loyalty customer, this business ethics and image hugely damaged by this old woman, no wonder this location always urgently hiring new managers!Hope the owner takes care of this issue, otherwiseI will never come at panera bread.

Great experience at this location last week! Counter service was exceptional, suggesting new cream cheese flavors to try, and sandwich variations that I will want to try. Very clean, space to relax and visit; coffee was fresh and hot - will make this a 'go to' Panera for us in the future!

Didn't receive raises, was supposed to have a higher position than line cook as the manager Ryan Larranaga told me. But did appreciate the job after my uncle fired me at Little Joe's for absolutely no reason. But thankful I stayed out of their family feud the best I could. I enjoyed most of my CO workers though. I feel so bad the one manager Jess was complaining she didn't have the proper dental benefits even with her management position. As I was not a manager I could not speak to that.

Best location I have EVER BEEN TO. These employees can beat Chick-fil-A employees any day, they go out of their way to provide the best service EVER. Every staff member I’ve met has been unbelievably nice, 10/10 highly recommended!!

I ordered a broccoli and cheese soup this morning at 8:47AM (which I do at least once a week at a different location) and he said that he could not sell it to me before 9am. I asked why that is, because I get either soup or a macaroni and cheese all the time at other locations, and he just said "Well different locations have different rules."....like what??? So I went to Publix to spend my money instead. I will not be returning to this location where they make up their own "rules."
