I was very shocked by how downhill paneras have become- took my little brother here and it took them 20 minutes to max JUST a macncheese- forgot the bread that came with it was just a plate with nothing on it. We asked for the bread and the guy ripped off a piece of baguette and handed it to us with his bare hands. No one wanted to help/answer any questions. This was just an extremely disappointing experience all around. Not to mention he was wanting to get a pastry but didn’t because we saw the fruit flies all over the pastries. The tables and booths were so dirty. Just sad. I remember my mom used to bring us here when I was a teen and I am just shocked by how downhill they have gone. Sad, very sad

Come here quite often and it seems like the crew has changed quite a bit in these past months; it's a Panera bread nothing special but they have definitely changed things up in this specific location quite a bit where things are much better now.

At 10:55 the cashier tells me I can't order a chicken sandwich. I had to wait till 11. Then she let's the people behind me order. Really it was still before 11.

I ordered a BLT on tomato basil bread and Mexican street corn soup. The soup was great. The bacon on the sandwich was mushy and cold. The bread was neither toasted nor very flavorful. My daughter's macaroni and cheese was very good as was my chai latte.
This place is one of my favorites to go to with my friend. Everyone here works so hard and is so nice!!! Love my local Panera! 🎀🍞🥖🩷

It was laid back. The young ladies working the counter were happy to be there and very friendly.
