Was passing thru and looked Papa Nick's on Google maps, boy am I glad I did, ordered the calzone, it was Amazing!!! Deliver all around the country and have had calmness from ID to ME and California to FL, and must say, it was the best I've ever had, will be back.
The Fruitville Rd. location is a favorite of ours, even before when they were in the old fast food location on Beneva Rd.The staff is always friendly and will joke around with you. Not your typical aloof waitstaff. I got chastised if I showed up without my then 6 year old. (That lasted for about 4 years.) We had a table of 8 on a aunday night and it was too much for the staff. The back room was unpleasantly freezing. The appetizers did not arrive timely nor all the salads at the same time. There was no vegetarian soup offered.I had higher hopes for the eggplant parmigiana but prep can't be skipped..... it was a bit tough and too much cheese. I was confused if the menu was Greek or Italian. Perhaps the Greek food is better. Not much praise for the other entrees except the mushroom...
