Pardon My Cheesesteak

Food is not what it’s advertised. There’s verily any meat on the sandwich. The fries came with cheese that you put on a sandwich a little bit melted and verily any meat. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Sad that I didn't look up the reviews before I ordered. Avoid this place if you can the times are crazy for a cheesesteak which is just baffling to me.

Worst food i ever ate it was nasty if you ever even think about trying this place go try some expired dog food it will taste better

Ordered a chipotle chicken cheesecake and got sauteed mushrooms as an addon for 75 cents . Chicken was dry and not the best flavor wise - albeit plentiful ( appreciate that) absolutely no sauce , mushrooms were not sauteed as stated . Sandwich was extremely dry and the only reason I didn't cancel is the order was underway and I wasn't about to pay the penalty . Late night delivery or not .... 20 ish dollars all together does not wash with what I received .

Please beware, this is a ghost kitchen! They are usually unregulated as health inspectors have no idea they exist. It's just Brio trying to make an extra buck while providing terrible quality.

If I could rate this experience a -5, I absolutely would. I ordered from this place for the first time (online) and what I received, was anything but acceptable. Both orders were wrong. Almost no meat at all, the steak AND the cheese are literally cold to the touch. Cheese completely unmelted. Not only will I never spend money with this establishment again, I will be advising others to avoid them as well.
