Received an email promo offer ($7 off) to use either in store or online. Placed online order; however, offer was not available to select. No code. Nothing. When I picked up my order, I was told the offer couldn’t be applied since I had already paid online. I was also told that the online offers don’t work and will only work by going into the restaurant to place an order. This defeats the purpose of online ordering/pickup/delivery. I voiced my concerns, but nothing was offered. Lastly, the food was so-so. Chicken was dry and hard. Last time going to PeiWei for me. They clearly don’t have their customer’s satisfaction in mind.

Didn’t get utensils, soy sauce, chopsticks and no fortune cookies! Called the restaurant and was told nothing they could do about it! she acted like I did get the other things in the bag but other than the two bowls of orange chicken and bourbon chicken, Nothing else! Waste of $40+. I gave the delivery guy an extra $4 along with the charged 20% trip. He said he was sure all the other items were in the bag. NOT SO!
Bourbon chicken is not that tasty either.
PeiWei in the mall, food is much better and the orange chicken is not spicy!
Need to avoid this PeiWei!

This restaurant used to be under P.F Changs and it was really good. We walked in the restaurant on Tuesday at dinner time and there was 3 customers. We should have understood that it was a sign of poor quality then. We ordered a grilled bourbon chicken which was more rice than chicken and the teriyaki chicken was the same with little amount of vegetables. Each dish is 11.79 and $3 for fried rice. It is outrageous for the quality of food. We won't go ever again and rather buy Asian food a Panda Express.

This location is not very clean, maybe understaffed… tables dirty, bathroom dirty. Only one bathroom for a busy location.
Food quality is below average, chicken was chewy, rice tasteless, meat dry and over cooked. I wouldn’t go back as there’s plenty of other dining options in that area that are much better. Not recommended.

This place was so badly serviced - dirty plates everywhere so you couldn't sit (it's not like they have a bussing station where you could take your plates if you wanted).

I ordered 5 things and only 4 got processed; good thing one of my kids didn't eat his meal.

No one really seemed to care other than the poor girl taking orders; she had to do that and also bring out food and clean tables when she was free. Didn't seem up for it and I don't blame her. Wouldn't have gone here except it came up as a PF Chang's (maybe it was before?)...

First timers at this location. Popped in looking for a good meal.
Atmosphere is very dark, dated.
Prompt, friendly service. Appears food is cooked to order.
Wife ordered the Sesame Chicken with Fried Rice, I ordered the chicken Pad Thai. Food is served in bowl fashion. Wife enjoyed her dish, the Pad Thai-👎 Did not taste anything like Pad Thai, more like a spicy bowl of wet noodles. Really wanted to enjoy this 😞
