Was there about 5:00, not sure if the pulled pork was bottom of the barrel. Was very dried out. Would have put coleslaw on it but they don’t sell any, that might have mitigated some of dryness. Maybe earlier in the day the PP would have been better. So the conclusion is buy the gator bites, a more reliable option.

So fun!The basket of fries was family size with ranch, honey mustard, bbq, mustard, and ketchup options. Edamame salad was a delicious salad with a little spice to it, and I don’t eat chicken, but my friends liked the tenders.There’s at least a dozen picnic tables overlooking the water. We saw herons, rosy spoon bills, and tons of gators ❤️

The pink Gator Cafe is currently open for very limited serving and only in the ground. Excellent draft beer, very simple food from a food truck.It's not very obvious how much is closed down. It says they have full menu food truck. What is meant is that there is a low simple type grill with some food options. We want to support recovery from the last hurricane, but coming from Denmark and expecting the full menu, we felt cheated by the misinformation in the website
