I had the veal with mushrooms for my entree. It was the most tender veal I have ever had in a restaurant. The food was excellent. Also had the mozzarella ball as an appetizer. Really outstanding food.
We’ve been going to Pino’s for our wedding anniversary. It’s been about 3 years since we first came to Sarasota. We fOund Pino’s and love it. The waiters are friendly and the food is delicious. Looking forward to coming againLeslie Rafaniello

This is a new location for a long time Sarasota chief and I am happy to be able to enjoy his creations again! I am always surprised at how Pino can put his spin on classic Italian dishes and make them better. For me I especially cannot get enough of his very fresh fish which constantly changes based on what quality fish he can acquire. So if you want great authentic Italian dishes, prepared for you as if you are visiting family, you have to try Pino’s.
The restaurant needs to use the front entrance when serving outdoor customers for Appizza instead of walking through Pinos every minute. Appizza customers need to use the front entrance to use the restroom instead of walking through Pinos. The food was good except one of the meals was served 20 minutes late as everyone else was done eating. .
We were ecstatic in relocating this wonderful "dynamic duo"I fear too many will follow our advice and we will,my wife and I,will find it difficult to get a reservationHowever, the pizza side of the restaurant is a delight servi g up the most authentic Italian pie in town

Just finished an astounding meal here. From their bread that melts in your mouth, to their raspberry house salad dressing, to their succulent crab bisque, to their generously sized entrées, to the jaw-dropping tiramisu, this place doesn't disappoint. Our server Jessica was fantastic, and spot-on with her suggestions. We'll be back!
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, in our opinion Pino's is the best Italian restaurant in Sarasota. Food ( salads, Ossp Buco, pasta, etc) were all delicious. Excellent service and gracious host. And unlike other restaurants, the tables are well spaced

The food was incredible..... so delicious. Presentation was fantastic. Wait staff attentive. Was a wonderful experience, and delicious Italian cuisine. Will definitely be back for more fine dining. Would be excellent for a romantic dinner for 2 or anniversary, birthday celebration.
We went back to Pino's after trying a few years back. It was even better! Our waiter knew all details about the food including the specials and wine. Our food was perfectly cooked and our courses perfectly timed. We had a wonderful almost 3 hour dinner and can't wait to go back.
Party of 6. 4out of 6 were very good. Hog fish was bland and not a good value for 40$. My bread stick and broccoli were just warm. My wife's pasta came out cold to begin with. Too many other choices for Italian to return. Thanks.
The food was very good but our service was terrible!! Our waiter Tommaso was unfriendly and every request seemed to be a problem for him ie: more bread, sharing, cooking the octopus more, etc etc! I would recommend Pino's for the food but would ask for a different waiter!
Exquisite and authentic Southern Italian food in an elegant dining room setting. The service was excellent - JT and Tomaso were professional and friendly, and Pino is a wonderful host who makes you feel as though you are a valued guest. My husband's family is from the same beautiful island of Ischia as Pino, and it was great to speak and eat like home (but with a wonderfully sophisticated menu.). A jewel among Sarasota Italian restaurants!
