They don't have delivery drivers. Subcontract through door dash. Order was wrong but no English so no explanation. Store doesn't answer the phone. Can't get refund because they're not responsible since door dash delivered but they chose to use door dash not me

I’m standing inside Pizza Hut waited my to order and this man is on the phone on a personal call! Mind you I called ahead and ordered to get here to be told I didn’t make an order to begin with I called the number and to my surprise the phone started ringing in front of me! Crazy how they didn’t get the order from the same number I just called! I always have problems here last time we visit here!!

I never got my pizzas. If they don't deliver your pizza you don't get your money back nor do you get a replacement Pizza period I have been trying for almost 2 weeks now to get my money back.
If you call the store then it automatically reroutes you to a call center. The call center will not issue any refunds or help you with your problem they'll just refer you to call the store multiple times over and over again till you get someone from the store.
When you drive up to the store, at least in my experience, you will talk to a manger that doesn't even noelrmally work that location and will not know how to fix the problem.
I ordered this pizza as a caregiver taking care of somebody who is unable to do so for themselves. I couldn't leave to get the food and can't bring that person with me to get food for dinner. I trusted that I'll be able to get pizza delivery to feed her and my children but I guess that was too much to ask for.
I would have been a repeat customer if this had gone smoothly but this is completely unacceptable and pizza hut should be ashamed for allowing there standards to be this bad.

First off, I ordered from Pizza Hutt and provided a tip. I pay delivery fee and tip to Pizza Hutt, but instead they decide to let doordash deliver.. Does that fee get refunded, who got my tip? Guy gets here, does not speak good english and has no idea where my 2 liter is, just leaves with no explaination. I get inside to eat, my 8 piece nuggets are missing 4 nuggets. I would like to know where the hell the other half of my nuggets are, where my 2 liter is, and where my delivery fees went. ... Then it may be just me, but the pizza was really greasy. Even the crust felt like it had a layer of oil infused, it was really quite repulsive.

I did not receive my order in full. The driver could not communicate with me to fix the problem due to a language barrier. When I called to get it corrected, I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes. Then I was told it could take an additional 30 minutes to arrive, to which i understood and agreed to. At the 60 minute mark the food had not arrived. I called and was unable to get through the phone service. Then, I called again at he 90 minutes mark and was told that they had finished making the food 60 minutes ago but never delivered it. I'm still waiting on my refund.
The biggest problem here is that I have a family of 5, and one of my children is unable to enjoy red sauce. The item that was missing was their plain boneless chicken wings. They had to watch the rest of us enjoy our meal, while we waited for their meal to arrive. And after waiting more than a reasonable amount of time, we ended up making them food. These mistakes are why we hesitate in ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. I am still waiting on my compensation.
Rating a 1 Star since I can't rate a negative! The pizza is horrible here! The pizza dough was raw at the bottom of 4/5 whole mediums and large pizza!! They couldn't get my order right on one of the pizzas. I had 2 pepperonis on each slice and nothing but cheese. They didn't cut the pizzas right. The pizza slices were tearing the other slices when we had to pull them apart. My order cost $114 and some change and I guess they added a tip for themselves of $23 when they couldn't even do their job correctly!!

Very bad. Almost looked like they assembled that from leftover. Way too much gooey cheese, topings just piled up in spots, just horrible. Pepperoni ok, onions too raw, and mushrooms dry.
