Delivery was poor. The driver that was assigned by Pizza Hut was done via door dash. I received notification from him that he was on the highway several times exits away and stuck in traffic before he could get Ben pick our food up. I tried calling Pizza Hut and their call center agent didn’t care about helping since I ordered online directly through them and told me her name was India working out of a call center of India and would not escalate and told me had to talk to main location despite them not answering. Food came cold and pizza was overcooked. Hope someone will make this right. Very disappointed.

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a long time. Now I remember why. It was terrible. I think they made it immediately after i ordered but told me it'd be about 25 mins. Dry, cold, shitty. Pretty much had to toss it. Never again.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to James! He was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. Even though the place was busy, he kept a positive attitude and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he really cares about the customers. People like James make the whole experience so much better—I’ll definitely be back!

Went to pick up my carry out order, turns out someone else had accidentally grabbed it right before I came in. The person who did grab it eventually returned with the wrong order, I was still offered a remade order and everything was made right!

The guy I talked too on the phone Michael cursed at me on the phone . They took my order over the phone then they called back and canceled my order saying it was about to close . So unprofessional and now they said they refunded my money but it’s not in my account . So rude . They should fire that employee
