Karen went above and beyond for my order. I messed my order up by mistake and Karen made it right. The pizza, as always was delicious. The store was clean and all employees encountered were very friendly and nice.

Ordered pizzas online for delivery. Added a tip for the delivery. When the pizza was delivered, it was delivered by Doordash, and the tip I gave them online wasn't included. So we gave him cash, then I called to find out where the other tip was. I was told since I ordered online, there was nothing I could do. So basically I gave Pizza Hut an extra $10. Zero ways of contacting a live person to get my money back. Lesson learned to NEVER order from Pizza Hut unless it is in person for pickup only! Will not be recommending, and will tell everyone I know that the tips do not always go to the driver. Even my receipt the driver gave me says a lesser amount and driver gratuity not included!
Edited to give a 3 star review, as the missing tip money was credited back to my account. However, I had to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back for me, and I NEVER should have had to do that in the first place.
