I’m giving 2 star review and service 3 stars ONLY because it was a weekend, one person there doing it all taking orders, cooking, packing orders etc.. he was trying but the food wasn’t great and i didn’t expect it to be since he was doing it all alone.
Manager should have been there working no matter what if a team member called out or quit etc. You’re a manager for a reason.

Alan and Drea "Andrea" were amazing! My food was delicious and hot and ready when I got there! I was having a hard time ordering online. I called the store and Drea answered. She immediately helped me. She was very proactive in providing me a resolution for the online issue I was having. She was very quick, friendly, and professional. She was very knowledgeable. I had a complicated order and it was made perfectly. That was the best melt and boneless I have ever had. Thank you for amazing service. I highly recommend them. I just moved to this area. I will definitely be back for more. Keep up the great work. We appreciate you! When I got to the store Allan and Drea greeted me and the other customer with their warm friendly smiles. They both made the client in front of me laugh and smile. I laughed too. It's a great atmosphere. I wish they had dine in. They make customers feel welcome and appreciated. They care about getting the order right and making sure it is before you leave the store. Outstanding service! 5 star for sure! Thank you Drea and Allan.

The pizza is pricey but very worth the pizza was fresh and made quickly Russ is very kind and always greets me with a smile, good environment.
Pizza was good but the WORST SERVICE EVER. They would not take my coupon tonight. Said it was on-line only but when i got home and read the bottom of the entire coupon - it says you can call OR order on-line using the coupons. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. The manager was even asked and he was the one that said it was on-line only so I asked so you want me to go out to my car and order on-line and then come back in and he said YES -- WOW WOW WOW ..... NEVER AGain. Pizza Hut sucks big time. Don't go here.

We order 2-3 carry out pizzas monthly May-December from this location when we vacation at Casey Key!! We have been very satisfied with our pizzas! Usually Eddie takes our order & prepares our pizzas. He is always very pleasant and does a very good job completing our order as requested! Thank U Eddie! ?????☺️

The pizza and melt were fine/good - the bites I did have - but two of the four wings ordered were completely raw. See photograph. This is not a situation where I received pepperoni on a sausage pizza. I have four kids... if one of them ate the raw nugget/wing and got sick - or worse - this would have been a tragedy.
To make matters worse, when I called to report the issue, the "Call center" could do nothing for me, and offered nothing more than a credit for a new order of wings THAT I HAD TO USE IN 30 DAYS! That is, simply put, ridiculous. Not even an offer for a refund! The wings were RAW. Not only did this create a safety concern, but it ruined my meal, prevented me from eating more, and could have resulted in serious health issues for my children. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and have zero intention of eating Pizza Hut food in the near future.
People were friendly, 15 min and pizza was excellent! Reminded me of old school Pizza Hut. Definitely will be returning.

Order large pan and a 2 litter bottle of Pepsi . Driver didnot bring pepsi so I told him to take it back. He said it was not on the order so I showed him text with my order !!And What do you think was on the order a 2 litter bottle if pepsi So much for your 8.00 tip. What a joke . They want tips and add ridiculous fees and cant even complete a easy order. Dont waste your time !!!

Horrible.One rep there is fine but he's not always there. And even then there's corporate policy...It is horrible- both food and personnel.People need to stop ordering take out! For what you spend at these places you could be eating beef tenderloins/ filet mignons from Publix.Buy pizzas at the store. Cook at home!Just go to the store.Stop giving your money to these places.Yes you're giving it to them bc you're getting nothing in return.I do not recommend the selected pizza or the other. No recommendations.
