Pizza N' Brew Downtown Sarasota

The only positives I can say is the pizza I ordered was very good and the interior dining/bar area was very clean. Beyond that I was highly disgusted by the lack of service from two employees there. I waited over a half an hour just to get my check. Two people consistently walked by me, looked at me, and then moved along without saying a single word. My beer glass was empty and it was clear I was ready to leave. The atmosphere to me is too much like a typical sports bar; loud tvs, packed bar yet tables are mostly empty. I understand taking care of customers but when customers are purposely ignored without justified reasoning, that is when I get upset with needless waiting. Needless to say, I will not return there due to deplorably lack of customer service to those who are not regulars there. My first time there is my last time. It's a shame because the pizza was really that good.

We were visiting from out of Town, walked in and the place was super dead, and I love it when the pizza maker is face deep in his phone and then makes people's food, never acknowledged as we sat patiently waiting and no one came to.pir take only the table behind us, and the manager hanging out at the bar looked great for business as well. Would NOT recommend.

We ordered a takeout pizza. When we arrived to pick up the order they were completely “out of dough”. The took our order for pizza though… They had a sliced pizza for sell by the slice, that was exactly the pizza we ordered. They refused to box it up for us because the bartender Tim stated “he’s trying to do business and needed it for his guests and it was already sliced”. Tim doesn’t have a business he’s an employee for a pizza business, they sell pizza, we paid for said pizza, and he denied the service. Also, apparently the don’t slice their pizza for pick up orders. Tim stated he couldn’t sell the prepared pizza because it was already sliced… They refused any solution and a manager was not on duty. Tim was extremely rude when I politely questioned his logic in not selling the pizza. I know he just wanted to keep it for drinkers at the bar, but that’s not how business is conducted. This place will deny you service when you’ve already paid and the food is readily available at the counter. Go to Madison’s across the street for better service and better food!

omg! this was our 1st time there. it was awesome. the burger is sooo delicious.had a great time and the chef was awesome.

I’ve been there before and did not notice a smell. But this past Sunday there was this awful kind of wet smell. You know the smell when a rug has gotten wet and just left to sit there that’s how it kind of smelled we still sat down and eat the food was

They should get 5 stars pizza best in area but spirits where low a few drafts on tap but mixed drinks was low appetizers where fantastic had meatballs and had poppers and a split pizza Margherita half and sausage wonderful crisp crust will go back

This place is located downtown. I had the best burger ever there. The bartender was fantastic. Highly reccomend. The pizza is delicious

Absolutely AMAZING pizza, and that’s coming from a New Yorker so you know it’s true. The dough is phenomenal and makes an incredible pizza and calzone. I am in awe at how delicious this place is. This is the best pizza I have ever had outside of New York. 10/10

I had a slice to go. It was epically delicious. Cheese was perfect, crust was on point. Y'all know what your doing. Staff were friendly seemed like a chill place to hang out I didn't have time to stick around.

Hanna is the best!! We love the pizza but please have Hanna there all the time, we love her and she makes the place feel alive and welcoming! Can’t wait to come back and have drinks and eat your fabulous pizza with Hanna! Plus her drinks are awesome!

It is a great place to go chill with a friend or friends and have the best pizza in town. The staff are very friendly and it is a great place to watch some sports. All around the board I give it five stars.

Not really worth describing. About 100 kids walked in before we even finished.Wife couldnt eat chicken dish but waiter made us another order to go. He was the only thing great about evening.

Bad service, really totally disconnected to what really is customer service. They serve you with paper plate from the cheapest of cheapest not even from Walmart paper plates by the time you finish your pizza the table is imerge with all the grace from the cheapest paper plate. I have never experienced anything this bad.
