The service was good. Very attentive, but missed some stuff i ordered and had to go back to the counter to ask for it.
The food flavor from this restaurant is always consistent. They move pretty quickly for your to go order and the menu is pretty big. They are pretty friendly and try to get the order completed in a few minutes after the order is placed. It looks like it is pretty well kept. It's always clean and I've never seen it look unkept. There's plenty of parking and it's wheelchair accessible. Will definitively return.
Drive thru service was quick, but the server at the windows was abrupt and busy on her phone, as though we were disturbing her day.
Adding a Regular side for $1.50 is NOT CLEAR. Menu doesn't show which sides are regular or premium. Buyer beware! Turns out the item I added was considered premium - and was not explained to me - even when I clearly stated I was adding the item using THAT deal.
Are you a chicken lover? If so, and you’re in the neighborhood, you should stop by this place to eat. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. I particularly enjoyed the Caribbean flavors and the taste of the food. If you’re looking for something different and want to expand your palate, I highly recommend this place.
Hated the food. My daughter had a hair in her meal. Chicken was dry and nasty. A guy in the back was rude while redoing my meal. Very disappointed. Hated this place don’t eat there.
Forgot my chimichuri steak
I’m not usually one to leave a bad review. Especially for a quick service restaurant. But the experience my fiance and I had tonight was anything but good. The language barrier isn’t a huge issue but it definitely didn’t help. I had to specify my order twice. We get our bag of food and then “have a good night” we never even got our drinks. I had to wait at the window until she came back and once I told her I didn’t get my drink she had a mad look on her face, shut the window and then handed me a messy cup with soda all over it.
We get home, my fiancés sauces aren’t in the bag and both of our chicken was dry and not good. Really unfortunate because we do like pollo tropical but this was so disappointing as someone who also works in the service industry.
The food was okay. Maybe I ordered not the best food choice. I had the grilled Chipotle sandwich and fries. Both items were pretty bland. I also used the restroom and was pretty disgusted. The odor was nauseating, I'm not sure if they have a sewerage problem or what.
I order from them multiple times a month, i am super picky with chicken and always get their quesadilla wrap, which is supposed to be pressed - meaning its a hot wrap with the cheese melted. This is what I received today, near frozen food, the cheese is still shredded and the chicken was disgustingly cold. how do I know it was cooked to temperature 😭 i want to die thinking me and my friend bit into this. This is a food safety issue, theres nothing left of a restaurant when they miss food quality check. Missing this is not taking care of your patrons and I am disgusted more than disappointed.
I have been here a few times, and the food is always amazing. The manager AJ always takes care of us with the best service!

Was ok
Ordered the family meal, they forgot half my food. No apology and very slow service when I told them what was missing they acted confused and took forever. Then they still forgot my dessert and sauces. They were very well staffed so I don't get why they were going so slow , maybe a training issue. Food was decent.
Food tasted very good. I enjoyed the flavor and quality of the food. Comparable to El Pollo Loco back home...but might actually be better. Only complaint was that I asked for paper plates with order, but didn't receive. Not sure if they forgot or just didn't have to give. Oh well, I would still recommend and definitely come back.
My grilled chicken was burnt spoke with a employee said nothing could be done and she said manager was busy
Would give this place 0. Walked in just before 1pm line was empty, kicthen line full of employees stood around for about 5 minutes without being even acknowledged so left and wont be coming back.
