Theres no way the owner makes money off this store I pull up 6:30pm on June 10 nobody is at the window why is this place even open the workers suck big time

My crew needed to find something to eat before it was too late so we chose this Popeyes. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we should have left. The doors were posted open. This is Florida. It was hot outside and inside. Apparently their air went out. The hear affects everything in a fast food restaurant.

The employees did the best they could under the circumstances. Our concern was if there was flies buzzing around the food. We purchased it anyway. We didn't open the food until we got home. My food was OK. It wasn't hot. Seems like the chicken had been sitting there for a minute. My cousin ordered spicy. It looked extra crispy and dark like it was burned. She didn't eat it and wanted to take it back but it was late. Check your food before you leave the store.

Biscuit was very moist with a vigorous amount of butter and no dryness whatsoever. The chicken was hot, crispy and fell off the bone with just the right amount of spice and seasoning, absolutely delightful. Very tender, minimal cartilage and bone matter. To conclude this review, I hold the upmost respect for those hardworking individuals in that kitchen. Outstanding execution of culinary skills if I do say so myself, and may god bless you all

My online order was done on time as I ordered for pick about 15 minutes from the beach, that is attention to detail, I love that the latina lady is making sure no pick up orders are not sitting getting cold, the restaurant seems newer but it's well maintained. Ordered was on point, even the honey I requested online was in the order. Thank you! Gracias por su servicio Popeyes!

I am so upset that I ordered food for my mom and the chicken was burnt 😢 and the biscuits were hard 😫 And hot peppers were missing. The doordasher ripped the bag open ....

just got robbed $13.36 meal in the store was decline but the money was taken from my account instead of understanding and provide a service to help me understand they all treat me like a robber scammer so sad this days

When I pulled up to the restaurant I was shocked that there were no cars in the parking lot or customers in the store. Once I went inside I realized why. The staff is very rude. I ordered the $20 family meal and she said that will be $40. I said I ordered the $20 meal, not any $40 meal, and she said I ordered 20 pieces of chicken. I said no, I ordered the $20 meal. She started yelling at me and I said no thanks. I will leave. She came from behind the counter and continued to yell as I left. She even was pointing at me when I was in my car leaving. I suggest going somewhere else for your dinner.

Don’t take life too serious ladies…it’s Popeyes, we are fans

This place all depends on when you go! I highly suggest going during the rush hour or you'll get chicken that has sat there for a long time! No disrespect to the workers but the franchise owners force making more money over quality 7 tines out of 10 almost at every place! When their food is fresh, it's FIRE but when they sit on the food after the rush they either get lazy or take orders from the boss to sell whatever they need instead of tossing it when the timing has ran out! Try it at your own risk but go during the rush & I'll think you'll enjoy it!

Served my food Hot'N'Ready and the chicken was very juicy and tender and compliments the seasoned crispy crust and pairs perfectly with my entire One Peace Meal. Looking forward to enjoying more and hope these One Peace items remain a permanent Item and maybe bring back that Awesome Cajun Rice.

I’m order 3 combo chicken burgers (sandwiches)and 24 pieces chicken wings.they give me 30pieces chicken wings,2 fries and 1 mashed potatoes,and 3drinks. Where is the burger (sandwiches)?

Popeyes Sarasota store is the best very clean & the food is on point that night staff team is amazing they got my order correct an a timely manner the lady manager was nice as well keep up the good work guys I came all the way from Bradenton & will be back again‼️
