I've been going for years to Postal 98. I went today and ordered two drinks off their seasonal menu. I was pleasantly surprised that my drinks would be free because they were running a promo with a local company. I got the pager and went outside to wait. A few minutes went by and someone stuck their head out the window and embarrassed me in front of the crowd by summoning me inside to pay for my order. The guy who originally took it said I could only get one drink for free. It was fine, because I expected to pay for two anyway. But it was embarrassing.
After waiting forty minutes, the pager finally rang and I went to get my order. To my surprise, they were both iced drinks. I'm old school, unless otherwise specified, coffee should be hot. I got in the car and almost left with the wrong order, but changed my mind and went inside. I explained I wanted hot and not iced and even offered to pay for them. Both the cashier and manager were standing there and declined that offer. Then they said their entire seasonal menu was iced only, and I had to reorder completely. I reread the seasonal menu and it said nothing of hot or iced. So I changed and they didn't charge me. Fifteen minutes of waiting goes by and the pager rings. I walk up to the window and the same manager was standing there and told me I had to go pay for the drinks because it was my fault. That is when I just left.
I called back later and the same manager answered the phone. She gave me the same explanation that it was all my fault for it. I told her what I was upset about was not the confusion but the fact that I offered to pay for the reorder and they turned me down, only to make me wait fifteen more minutes before telling me to pay anyways. On the phone, she offered to replace one of the drinks if I came back. That was the final straw. I will never go back.

gorgeous setting, incredibly delicious cold brew coffee, great service, lovely indoor and outdoor seating!
The best cold brew ever! Rich, smooth, flavorful! A tantalizing selection of incredibly delicious pastries! My brother had a hard time choosing and picked a big chocolate chip cookie with chocolate chunks. The server offered to warm it up! The setting is so comfortable we sat and talked for a long time. Right in the heart of beautiful Pinecraft. Walking distance from Pinecraft park!

I always try to come to Postal98 at least once when we get to Sarasota! The service is great. The outdoor is seating area is so cool, peaceful and quiet for the most part. Their Maple white chocolate iced latte is amazing! Not too sweet. Their food is really good as well. Itâs not big inside but thereâs a restroom.

My go to coffee spot when on vacation. I can't have dairy so I need to drinks with oat milk. Some coffee shops oat milk drinks aren't good at all. Postal 98 has the most delicious oat milk iced lattes. A must try place
Wait time was around 10 minutes, there is plenty of outdoor seating and the drinks were great! Very limited parking.
