Wanted seafood and everywhere else was disappointed but Red Lobster delivered! Food and service was great! Love those fresh biscuits?

Highly recommend this Red Lobster extremely delicious food. Very prompt service. The manager and the server were above and beyond on the services. Had a great time plus there was no wait time very good southern hospitality.I personally highly recommend this Red Lobster.Don't forget to try their pina coladas very delicious.

Bad customer service and the meal was too salt. I got the feeling the staff did not want to be there. I was very disappointed with the service. We were not even asked if we were interested in dessert

Not enough wait staff but our waitress ..Aimee.. was a wonder. She worked the bar , waited tables, bussed tables and acted as hostess all with patience and a smile. The food was very good and plentiful.

I get why people rave about the biscuits; wow, those were heavenly. Tried the salmon bowl; excellent flavors. Nice server. All around great. Who knew? This was maybe my second time at a Red Lobster ever and only went because it was my sister's birthday and that's where she wanted to go. I would go again.

The last time I had EVER gone to Red Lobster was when I was 6 years old. I don't remember everything but I was told that it was alot of good food. My experience tonight was alot different since the food wasn't good at all. It was phenomenal. Everything I tried was fresh, tasty and by the end of my meal, I was extremely tempted to by permanent residence above the restaurant, just so that I could eat there every chance I could. If you want an amazing food adventure, this Red Lobster is for you. You won't be disappointed. I, for one, plan to come back sometime in the near future.

The food was nasty. Mashed potatoes had a funky taste to them, coleslaw was very blah, the Alfredo sauce did not taste like alfredo sauce it really had no taste to it at all, the crab was good but then again how can you mess up crab . Would not come back. The service was really well. Are we just made sure we had full drinks at all times it was very polite and kind.

06/23/21- My experience. Maybe it was bad timing or a shift swap but I came to red lobster to have a good meal with my fiance. We noticed a couple like us and a single man sitting waiting patiently as soon as we walked in. God knows how long they've been waiting. My fiance and I probably sat for about 20m. Not sure where the host was or even exists. Not one sever came to the front to take anybody to go to a table not even the bartender. The bartender knew there was customers up front looking over at us customers. Just horrible, we decided to leave and spend our money and time elsewhere.
