Excellent NY style pizza. I was visiting from Massapequa NY, the unofficial pizza capital of long Island, and was in need of some good pizza. Rico's did not disappoint. Their sauce and dough was very tasty. Service was quick and friendly.

Walked in for the first time and was immediately met with a very rude woman taking our order. We ordered a cheese pizza with a few toppings to go and were told it would take about 20 minutes. No problem. We walked around for about 15 minutes and then waited another 20 minutes in the store. When we asked for an update, we were told it was in the oven and they would call our name. After another 20 minutes, we asked again and were told the same thing. Eventually, they called our name, only to realize they had given our pizza to the wrong person. They were not sure how long ago. They remade it, and about 10 minutes later we finally got it. In total, we waited about an hour for one pizza while other customers were in and out. There was no apology, refund, or any attempt to make it right. Very disappointing experience. Customer service matters.

Wow, what a great pie! These guys do it right. Everything looks so good, I had to try one of each slice! I can't say I was disappointed with any of them. They even made fresh noodles for my kids. The cookies were awesome too.. The cookies were awesome too. Dog friendly outside but dogs can't go inside

Ordered a slice of pizza tasted OK after purchasing I asked for a cup of water they said no. I even gave them a dollar tip. I won’t do that again. I probably won’t be back.
