Rise Pies

Had a great experience at Rise Pies! The two male employees working Saturday evening went above and beyond to make a pepperoni and cheese pie just the way my picky daughter likes it. They were patient, friendly, and really cared about getting it right. Really appreciate the great service — thank you!

Wow. We used to love this place. Food took absolutely forever... nevermind 160 seconds, which is written all over the box... and $75 for 4 pizzas!? Value is horrible. Dirty tables too...

Ordered pepperoni pizza w/1/2 mushrooms. Paid 17.00 with a bottle of water. Product very skimpy. One slice had 2 pepperonis. No flavor in the sauce and about 1/2 the amount of cheese. Had to ask to have table cleaned. First and last visit.

I’ve had the pizza here before and it was pretty disappointing…. Especially when compared to Blaze Pizza that is literally right across the parking lot. They’re probably a third of the size smaller at a higher price with a lot less topping options and if you want extra cheese or extra meat they nickle and dime you as where Blaze you can have as much as you want with no extra charges…. So on this trip I tried the meatballs, they were just ok. The meatballs were pretty small in size and tasted a lot like most other chain restaurant meatballs, definitely not anything special but ok for a quick snack. They offer hot peppers as a topping, now the peppers themselves are not hot… but it almost tasted like they were in some sort of hot/spicy oil because that’s where the heat was coming from. Not super impressed with either dining experience but the staff is friendly.

Tried the roll ups for the first time they were pretty good. The dough was tasty pepperoni had a little bit of spice which I like. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. They have a small measuring cup for cheese the cheese it’s not even covered the pizza and the sauce, barely even covers the edge of the pizza. The salad was the Caesar salad. They refused to put any cheese or croutons on the Caesar salad they wanted an extra $2.50. My meal was 24.50 and I left half of it because it was absolutely disgusting and gross

Photo of their cheese pizza attached. They have one small measuring cup and said it is company policy not to give more unless you agree to upcharge of almost $3.00. This is not a cheese pizza that I’m used to. I walked away from that after they refused to make it an actual cheese pizza. End discussion was with Manager on duty which told me about company policy. Take your kids to Blaze it’s literally right across the street at a better price. They cook in fire the same and honestly their finished product looks better than this place.

A lady accidentally took my pizza. She has little kids which they had to remake mine but they should have just let the lady have the pizza instead taking it from her and her kids were hungry. They threw the pizza away instead.

I ordered ranch sauce and I did not like it I simply went up and I asked for a garlic sauce instead because I did not like the ranch. She told me it was going to be 1 dollar. I asked since I’m not going to eat the ranch if there is a way to make an exception. I then asked for the manager on duty. She said she was the manager she was young black hair. This happened at 4:29pm on July 3rd so you guys know who the manager on duty at that time was. This is absolutely poor service. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it.

I would like someone to reach out to me. Because this was very poor service and I want to make sure this manager gets talked to and there needs to be something better in place.

The way I was treated was unacceptable.

The whole time I’m eating I have the other female worker staring at me giving me bad looks so unprofessional and uncomfortable feeling

Person taking orders wiped his nose with gloves on and then proceeded to make food with same gloves on and we witnessed him eating on the line with the same gloves on. Totally disgusting. I wanted a pizza with vegan cheese and vegetables but after looking at the prep line I refused to eat anything off that. Surfaces unsanitary and rampant cross contamination. Who is managing this place? Look at the cheese and sauce table.

Love the Chicken Caprese! Lots of diff flavors. That’s why I didn’t like the cheesy breadsticks. I didn’t like how it was made the same way. It just tasted like cardboard to me with cheese on it.
