Rise pies is one of the best places to eat inside the UTC mall. The pizzas are 100% custimizable and they are some of the freshest pizzas you can get. You start by selecting which dough you want, which they make fresh daily. Then you pick your sauce you want, then the toppings. They then cook the pizza in one of those brick ovens. The employees make the experience great as they are helpful and really good at making pizza.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place has really gone downhill. Totally different menu, quality of ingredients is sub par to say the least, and the staff were all miserable and unfriendly and unwelcoming. Today was the last time we will be eating here.

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Pizza's were good, and service was nice. One of us in the party had a peanut allergy and they explained that the whole kitchen was nut free. Yay!!

I am very disappointed in the limitation on toppings. My pizza cost 19$ and had very little cheese. I asked for extra sauce and that was also limited. Next time I will go to Blaze. Very expensive for very little product.
