Such an awesome experience. The outside doesn't do it justice—once a private home, it opens up into these gorgeous garden and lake/fountain views. Total surprise in the best way. Definitely ask for Mark—super friendly, thoughtful, and spot-on with menu suggestions.

Good food and drinks; excellent service from Mark, as always. I especially enjoyed the butterfish, which was a special, and we always love the traditional sides of creamed spinach, perfectly cooked carrots and red cabbage. Don't mess with success!

Need to work on acoustics in main dining area. Waiter was very nice and hospitable. Food was mediocre. Would expect a higher end restaurant to have the large ice cube for an Old Fashioned. Dessert was very good, as was the onion soup.

Celebrating a 75th birthday. Our first time at Roessler's. We had a difficult time choosing what to order from all the delicious sounding entrees. Started with escargot, which was the best I've ever had. Bread was great. I ordered the special Braised Short Ribs, which came with mashed potatoes and a spoonful of 4 wonderful vegetables. I especially loved the creamed spinach. Everyone loved their food. Duck was cooked to perfection. Drinks were perfectly made. I believe our server's name was Julia, she was excellent, and brought a lovely chocolate mousse with a candle for our birthday girl. Great end to a super dinner. We will definitely be back.
