Cute location. We started with a few appetizers—which were the highlights. The crab cake was delicious. A hint of horseradish and the microgreens made it a great bite. The scallops were cooked to perfection. The lobster and crab bisque was the champion of the evening. Not much solid crab/lobster, but the bisque was delicious. It had a bit of tang. I highly recommend it. The mains were ok. Just ok. Steak Diane smelled fantastic but didn’t deliver on taste. Same with the red snapper—it just lacked flavor. The service was the low point. Wrong orders, low effort. I recommend it with caution. Not going to knock your socks off.

Food was fantastic and our server Abbey was wonderful. Very attentive and gave us great suggestions. We had the lobster appetizer, followed by soup and salad. For entree my husband had the Steak Diane and I had the crispy duck. We finished with chocolate mousse for dessert. So decadent! We will definitely keep it on the list for special occasions. A little too pricey for every weekend option.

A lovely, CLASSIC restaurant with a surprising menu featuring some unique entrees and an excellent wine list. Our waiter was Marshall -- a knowledgeable, anticipatory, attentive gentleman. Roessler's is one of those can't-wait-to-get-back-to establishments.

Outstanding food in a normally pleasant atmosphere. Roesslers was very busy the evening we were there and they seemed a bit understaffed which negatively affected their usual outstanding service. Still ,it is a really good restaurant and we will be returning in the near future.

Visited this restaurant on our annual visit to Sarasota. Excellent menu. Food was served in an appropriate manner by professional wait staff. Entrees are not inexpensive but are served with tasty sides of potato, carrots, red cabbage, and spinach. This visit seemed noisier than past visits with a full house of diners. Desserts and cappuccino were also high-caliber. We will definitely revisit next year when we return.
Fantastic service, food, ambience, and view. It was a little noisy when we first got there at 7 PM, but as people left things quieted down. It was a special occasion for my husband‘s birthday and it could not have been any better. We will be back, and we will bring friends.

Once again, we had a wonderful meal with wonderful service and ambiance that is second to none. This is our "go to" restaurant whenever we have out of town guests. It's just the best place in town to take visiting friends and family. Thank you Roessler's.

We had a farewell dinner with friends going back home and wanted to make it special, and special it was. Our server Amy made us feel welcome and comfortable. The four of us each ordered different dinners and all of us were very pleased. The restaurant is beautiful and we were not rushed. Roessler's is the place to go for a delicious dinner and great memory.
