I called in this morning the line to the cash register was backed up to the hot case window where the pizzas were the cashier was so backed up and it's just one person there and I asked the guy in the in the deli if he could go over and help her out he says his pay wasn't high enough to do something like that and I thought I could go in and help about but then I thought better of it I worked for Publix for 15 years and eight of them was being a cashier I love my job but I'm retired now Ava was crying and was upset because one of the registers broke down and she was telling me her little baby is 3 months old she's having a rough time going to work in the morning and leaving him alone I understand that that's a lot of anxiety on her so I'm sorry if I called in and upset the apple cart but Ava's a good cashier and good person and you need two people on in the morning great store by the way

I have an emotional support doggy her name is Trixie she goes everywhere I go last night I was told when I go into the restroom I use the handicap skull she is not allowed in the bathroom with me she is a small Chihuahua she doesn't cause any trouble she sits right there beside me while I'm on the toilet I was told she is not allowed in the bathroom with me anymore I have had threats on my life for my ex-husband I have had threats on Trixie's life where my ex-husband is going to steal her from me she's too well behaved and I don't deserve her Trixie is a service dog she has a vest that says she is a service dog emotional support dog I have tags for her she has her rabies shots I don't understand why she cannot go in the bathroom with me are you trying to make me avoid Roger's market

What is the back office for is it employees only that's how I understand it so they can go over the readings from what went on yesterday and watch the computers see what the who's stealing in there and who's not maybe I was just wrong but always thought the back office was for employees only who is your morning shift girls two of them wants a blonde wants a brunette the brunette had a friend in the back office with her drinking his coffee as I also understood when you're around computers she can have any liquids what happened if it fell on the keyboards shorted out the keyboard just giving them an update

I've been in the Rogers market three times today the manager's name Johnny he is very very well-mannered knows what he's doing he's always smiling what better place to have a manager Kim is the other person that is on tonight you could not ask for a better team than those two thank you for letting me share

disappointed in breakfast meal inconsistency. I stop here frequently for gas and drinks, but last week, I got a full breakfast. It was 2 big scoops of eggs, 2 big scoops of grits, 2 hashbrowns, and a sausage patty for 6.99. great deal. I would absolutely come for that breakfast once or twice a week.
Today, however, I asked for a meal, and the clerk started with a single half scoop of eggs and asked which grits... I said, "Never mind," and got a sandwich.... I'm not upset, just disappointed.

Roger's is the best!! I'm in there sometimes 3 or 4 times a day!! They have killer coffee!! The food is great and the staff are all amazing!! Do yourself a favor and stop in for breakfast!! I suggest cheese eggs and cheese Grits
Stopped for breakfast stood at counter looking at breakfast items looking good how ever after 10min no one at counter went to cashier she said after talking to management they should be open you have to ring the bell funny no bell! I left still Hungry.

Normally I'd swear by their Philly cheese steak and this past Friday I was craving one from working all day long, stopped In and I got a newbie that was working alone which normally no problem but was kinda in a hurry but no worries. She told me 10 minutes because she's not familiar with how to make and the other person who is training her was on her break.. ok .. still no worries holding my patience... nearly almost 30 minutes later and after paying almost 14 bucks for what is supposed to be a damn good sandwich, got a bun sandwich with a few pieces of burnt meat and cheese... Extremely disappointed especially considering how much I paid for a lot of bread and almost no meat and cheese this is what my sandwich looked like, and had no need to check because I always get a fantastic sandwich up until..

Don't order from the deli if you want good service. Ordered a Cuban and they apparently forgot to make my order. Stood there over 10 mins waiting and when I asked for an ETA on my sandwich I was told they haven't even started making it yet but were busy with orders that came after my order. Not very professional and absurdly slow service.

Diana is literally the best !!! We stop here every morning with our son she is so friendly and sweet ! She's the only person I will get coffee from. We love her ❤️

This is by far the best service station ever. By boyfriend and I stopped in to use the restroom and grab something to snack on. When we walked in we were so surprised to see how nice the store really was. I was so impressed I decided to see who owned Rogers market and found out it was a woman. Thank you for actually thinking about other women and making that beautiful store.
