Best pizza I’ve ever had outside of Italy. Simply fantastic. Not the greasy cardboard pies everyone else serves in Sarasota. Of course, people like that crap and if so, this is probably not for you.

RomanSQ is a culinary delight. The dough is off the charts, light and crisp. Amazing toppings. The chef-owner learned this style of pizza making in Rome. In a town where good pizza is rare (I’m from the Northeast where there’s a richer Italian culture)...
