Ruth's Chris Steak House

Walked in we were told there was a wait list for the bar . We put our name on the wait list - a table became available and they expected us to share it with another couple that just walked in . I thought that was rude since we had waited for a table of our own. We left I think they have a highly inflated opinion of them selves and service they offer .

Have been eating at Ruth's Chris at this location approximately once every other month for 20 years. Without a doubt, Service has not lived up to standards. Sparsely populated dining room. Two separate occasions server apologized for “must've touched the wrong button on the computer“ ; we each ordered onion soup one was delivered. Steaks were served and we were told it was a medium, but we ordered rare. We each ordered a cheesecake and one was delivered so we could not eat essentially at the same time and wait for the order to be put in again. made reservation through OpenTable. Attempted to use the OpenTable gift card was told they do not accept the Mastercard gift card from OpenTable. OpenTable was surprised to hear this when we complained and said they would have to reeducate management. 

We had made a reservation in advance to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary, and our experience was absolutely amazing! We were seated right away and found a lovely anniversary card and rose petals on our table, which was a wonderful touch to commemorate our special day. Our server, Erin, was warm and engaging, and manager Scott stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary and offer a delicious cheesecake dessert on the house. Our filet and shrimp were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also enjoyed the house salad and garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was outstanding, and we look forward to our next visit very soon!

I k ow it's a steak house but the stuffed chicken breast was delectable; hate all you want but gout sucks.

Not as good a steak as in past visits. No one asked if the food was good!!! For this price I expect much better. May not return.

Incredible food. The salmon and brussels sprouts were my favorite. My husband lived his ribeye and mashed potatoes. The 3 course for $60 was a good option for us, with an upcharge for the ribeye. We have plenty for another meal each, plus dessert that we brought home.

As always, wait staff and maitre d were friendly and professional. Food excellent. Portions good.

It was very hectic, as to be expected on New Year's Eve. The service was spotty.....all the waitstaff tried, but they were just too busy!!

We just went for Christmas Eve and cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!! Top notch from the food to the service to the ambiance! Thank you!!

IF I could only have 1 meal for the rest of my life, it would be from here. I had no idea food could taste so good. I literally had waves of euphoria flowing through my body as I savored and devoured my Steak n Lobster. Chefs 👨‍🍳 kiss 💋 😘

Ruth Chris Sarasota is my go to always great service all around great food great atmosphere Jake is fantastic. I look forward to my next visit.

Great waitress, but the kitchen served the food too fast, so I had to send it back. But the waitress was so gracious and kind about it. Not her fault, but the kitchen. Why be rushed?

Larger pieces of Calamari was tough. My steak and lobster mac and cheese were served cold.
