So the steak was not melt in my mouth like buttah and yes I got the filet, normally don’t. The rest of the meal was fantastic and wine but I was surprised the steak was not as good. (I think Capital Grille does an outstanding steak by comparison)

The service here sucks we’re here from Pennsylvania on a vacation for a week the girl in the front desk today apparently is allowed to make fun of people as we walk in to eat she asked how she can help us idk usually when you go into a restaurant you go in to eat then she frowns at us an went about to get menus I said well go elsewhere to eat so we went to longhorn steakhouse an there service an food was awesome i definitely would not recommend going here unless you wanna be made fun of this girl is definitely not one to work at the front desk

Have eaten at RC probably 50 times, and ar this particular one at least 20 times. What the hell happened? This is a fraction of the quality it used to be, and for the second time in a row, so it just isn't that they had a bad day.Everything was worse than it used to be except for the bread. Shrimp cocktail not as fresh, and no remoulade sauce. Was told they only had red cocktail and horseradish. Chopped salad, smaller portion and drenched in dressing with a soggy crouton. Filet overcooked and dried out. 1 person , 2 glasses of wine, and bill over $200. I didn't even get kissed.This restaurant or at least this particular one, has gone skiing, completely downhill. Sadly, for value, and consistency, never again.

At at RC April 5, 2024. Exceptional service, food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Our waiter, Devan(sp) was terrific!We had a 7 pm reservation, arrived 15 mins early and were seated within minutes.**All around exceptional experience and both filets were out of this world.Vegetarian options: Brussel Sprouts exceptional, Wedge salad large and fresh, our 2 shrimp cocktails were huge and succulent. As noted, both 11oz Filets were cocked to perfection and able to fork cut!
It was my first time at Ruth’s Chris. Boy was it a treat.My steak and Lobster were outstanding but the best part was Diane our server. What a nice person and come to find out she’s Portuguese and from the same area in RI my family is from. Thanks Diane you were awesome!Parking: Sarasota ,Fl.

I came in and I had Jamie as a server and she was excellent and I very much enjoyed the food and time there. Love it!

My husband & I went for his birthday dinner. We vacation in SK for several weeks annually and like this spot. I am a well-done gal (married to a medium rare guy) & i've always liked that RC will cook well done on request. I order a filet & clearly stated well done/no pink, said I'm OK w/butterflying. They serve our dinner (my husband loved his steak...cooked perfectly). Mine was at best, medium, there was red in the center (not just pink)...our waitress couldn't have been nicer & brought it back. It came back 10 min later, butterflied & cooked well. Clearly by then (15 min after my husband's steak) it was too late. I will say they took it off the bill & packaged it up for me to take home. The manager was very understanding as well, but quite frankly a grill chef at such a nice steakhouse shouldn't miss that badly.

I'm willing to pay the high prices for the food. However, wine by the glass is ridiculously expensive, and they have only one choice for each type. I had Sauvignon Blanc, and it was awful. The price for one glass was equivalent to the cost of a whole bottle.

Mistakes happen so getting the wrong order (a well-done steak) is excusable, but they left my dining mate's steak on the table along with the sides which cooled off. Left us alone for ages, even though we apparently had three servers, and took a long time to check back after my steak finally arrived almost 15 minutes later. An apology for the delay, but nothing else. This price point needs better service!

The food the service atmosphere was wonderful. We’ve been patrons for many years and go when we celebrate a special occasion for our family and or friends. On this particular evening we purchased a bottle of champagne, which is not something that we ordinarily do. I enjoyed it and sent a picture of it to my girlfriend telling her how much we enjoyed it , she happened to have been at Publix and sent me a picture of the same champagne. (See photo) we were very disappointed at the extreme price difference. ($60) I did call to see if they would “make it right” and was told that they don’t have any control over their pricing. :/ Be aware
